Booking was ok but it was not an unusual experience. I can describe it at an ordinary doing. The price were ok but sometimes not understandable high prices for a few days.

The worst airline I've ever used , brought a holiday via tui and got given these as the airline .
Rude and seriously lazy staff
Feel nessary with a plane of 200 airliners that is right to block off the use of one of the two toilets that's on the arriving and departing flight .
The seats are seriously dreadful no sponge in seats , and extremely small and tight
Both ways the plane wasn't clean on arrival and smelt dreadful .
The whole flight was extremely hot and the staff refused to turn heating down , after dozens of people asked for it to do , they would rather leave it up and hide up in there area behind shut curtains and jammed in trolley to stop use of main toilet at front of plane .on return it was much the same but they felt to keep seat belt signs on both ways most of the time while they wonder round free using amenities and the four airhostess swapped round who's were hiding up front of plane.

Booked a TUI holiday and ended up flying Freebird. The flight out was fine, old plane but it was clean and the crew were lovely despite not speaking much English. The flight home was not great at all. It was an even older plane, terribly hot for the entire journey and loud, so loud. I fly a lot and have never experienced a plane this loud! The crew said it was usual for that plane to be hot, and they couldn’t cool it any more.

Very uncomfortable sitting, two metres man on the side court. Constantly his legs and arms on my side. That was really an imposition

I had a flight to Antalya with my little dog in cabin and it was really stressless. I like the weight of hand luggage as well ( 8kg). Hope it will not change to 4kg!!!! I booked two flights in automn 2025 yet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The flights went smooth. Unfortunately, both of my flights were delayed by 1 hour and at the second flight we had to stand in the corridor for 20 minutes during the boarding, this is why I had to deduct one point.

First time using this airline will be my last time for sure!!! absolute disaster and pathetic service along with misleading booking infos plus delay in the flight time of more than 1 hrs and that is inside the plane.. gets better and better with these guys..
Plus I paid a extra cost of 25.00 euros for emergency exit seat and the seats don't recline so basically sitting on a local bus seat 3.5hrs straight.. you pay extra for the 10cm of stretching your legs 👌🏻
Avoid this terrible airline at all costs..

We flew back from Turkey with this airline and must say it was a fantastic flight
Staff were lovely and helpful
We got our seats that we had reserved
The food from the menu was nice with a good range of drinks, even better accepting cash!
We are looking forward to next year with our flight home with Freebird 😁
Flight was done by MGA airlines. Nice plane, good crew and the food was reasonable. Coffee and Tea can always be better. Sandwich was good.
Flight was on time.

We could solve our problem with booking extra luggage via WhatApps. Chat was a bit slow (about 30 minutes) but we got what we needed. Payment was also easy, you get a new email for your booking and Help Desk gives you instructions how to complete the payment.
Thanks!

We recently had a holiday with RSD who use Freebird Airlines. We had asked RSD to request Assistance at the airports for my husband and the friend going with us on the holiday. RSD advised that they had put in the request to the airline but could not guarantee the service – how true that turned out to be. My husband is quite capable of walking but not the long distances that you have to walk in an airport. On the departure journey through Gatwick North all went exceedingly well. However, the return journey was a different matter. To keep the costs low the return was Skopje-Manchester-Gatwick, a nightmare that we were not made aware of until a few days before the start of the holiday. We had to deplane at Manchester, go through Security again, and get back on the same plane in the same seats. Of course we had arrived as an International flight and were departing as a Domestic flight en route to Gatwick. No Assistance materialised but we asked the staff and eventually wheelchairs appeared and took the 2 passengers to the departure gate. We were told at the check-in desk that Gatwick would be informed that 5 wheelchairs would be needed for all the Assistance passengers. On arrival at Gatwick, guess what, no wheelchairs. We walked up 2 airbridges where we found a phone in a corridor for Emergencies. We used this phone explaining our dilemma and were told that someone would come in 5-10 minutes – which they did, and the Assistance passengers were taken through Passport control into Baggage Reclaim, with great help from the lovely lady driver. Apart from this, the seat pitch is minimal, 28 inches (71cms), your knees will touch the seat in front. Infact one passenger had to sit sideways as he was very tall and his legs simply did not fit the space available. Oh, and the other thing, it would be totally impossible to adopt the “Brace” position in an emergency because there is no space. Passenger comfort is at an all time low on this airline.

Buying the ticket was easy. My previous experience with Freebird was also excellent, which is why I chose them again. I hope I’ll feel the same way after this trip as well.
Kind regards,

I am highly satisfied. The support is great- answered even in the night. Operator Engin helped to organize the extra luggage and the function wasn’t a solange. All flights are just in time. We were 1kg above and no one said us to take it in other case. Super, would like to flight again
