Not all US ETFs avaible in EU
Some of American ETFs which should be avaible in EU are not, you will find it out when you want to by it after you transfer the money to freedom and lost some on fee. No information before you try to by. The fees are pretty high and the mobile app is hard to use.

Take profit and stop loss order don't work
Sunday morning prices went to negative. For 3 days now asian and european prices don't update. I hit take profit price and nothing sold. I am waiting 4 hours to manage this with technical support but still nothing. Eventually tp price didnt executed. Poor customer service. No help at all.

During fiat exchange especially euro to honk kong dollar i suffer twice up to 20 euros lost due to different exchange prices.

very good and certainly a platform with direct AND telephone service.
the only objective thing I have to note in the negatives are the high fees both in withdrawals (7 euros is a lot to withdraw a small amount) and in the investment fee. if I may, I would advise that it be a percentage of a percent and not a fixed one.
