I had a terrible experience with scalable capital. I requested a withdrawal, and after almost three months, the transaction is still pending. Their service team keeps emailing reassurances that the issue is resolved, but nothing changes. Dealing with # gcasco# transfers is always seamless, making this three months delays absolutely unacceptable. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for clients' money.

Well....it was all okay and honestly I do like the app. But....not being able to buy partial stocks is a bit meh. And I get people are making savings plans for that and then canceling but this is stupid.

My experience was affected by concerns around security, communication consistency, and transparency. Repeated calls from various numbers and limited trust in the process reduced confidence. #100Solidllc# can differentiate itself by ensuring clear communication, using verified platforms, maintaining strong data protection, and operating with transparency.

All is good so far. I like using as well as the application on Android and the browser version. I could easily find documents for Steuererklärung, that's nice. What I could not find in the application, is that information about average price of purchase of some stocks. I guess it is called Durchschnittlicher Kaufpreis auf Deutsch. I would like to have it, if it not yet available. For example I buy stocks at different prices today at 100 euro, tomorrow 50, then after some time at 70. So I would like to have an average price of all these purchases. Thanks.

Scalable is an amazing platform for investors. It has variety of products to satisfy different needs. Easy to use app provides information on all product.

Customer Support doesn't exist. Just an AI chat that does absolutely nothing. I fully stopped trusting this platform after realizing I put my money where there's nobody to help in case of problem. I'll move away as soon as possible.

Until everything is going well it’s good but I have to point out that there is absolutely no customer support as such. Telephone line is useless it loops through and says we have limited capacity. Chat function is ChatGPT not connected to any system which can give actual information. They also do not answer email. So think about the future issues and avoid this broker because if you have a problem you hit the wall.

The onboarding took over a month although I had the documents submitted.

Once I was online I could see that the incoming cash transactions would not show the sender or the sender's account number or bank. I think this is very poor for the real time transactions and should be standard (it is in all the competing online banks).

I am deeply disappointed with Scalable Capital. Their customer service is non-existent—they simply do not reply to critical inquiries.
We are currently in the middle of the Spanish tax campaign (deadline June 30th), and they still haven't provided the mandatory annual tax report required by law. My tax advisor gave me a final warning because their delay is pushing my filing into a massive queue, meaning I will likely face late-submission penalties. It is entirely their fault, yet I am the one risking a fine. If a financial entity cannot comply with local tax laws or answer a simple support message, they shouldn't be operating in the market. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very transparent, easy to use platform. Makes investing accessible for everyone.

The app is too basic but i need to suggest some features which would make this app better
1) I request scalable capital to add "modify feature" in the app after placing trades
2) I want scalable capital to add "sell all" feature to sell all my holdings at once instead of selling one by one

Too slow. Limited communication on what was happening

The new SC after migrating from Badder bank to their own infrastructure has been very good. The service is more responsive and money transfers are now instantaneous. The new option to move money internally between accounts is also a huge time saver, in the past you would need to transfer out and then back in.

Zero issues thus far (since about a year or so).

Mostly snappy and up2date. I miss in the general overview some kind of insights, e.g. gesamtrendite.

Still exploring the service though :-)

The application is user friendly. The only default is money transfer feature does not work on app but only on the web version. The premium version offers enough opportunity for multiple tradings at low or no cost. I like that a lot compared to traditional depo accounts with the bank. The saving and credit facility for the deposit and loan is another attractive feature of the broker.
