My suggestion is to add a listing feature to watchlist. So that user can bundle different groups of items and see them separetly for instance Mining Stocks , AI stocks , ETFs and sorting between the created lists and also merging all of them on wish.

Perfect for ETFs and saving plans, not so great for trading or moving money around. Whenever you do a sale, your money is locked for 2 days. The new 2.5% depot account is nice, although one has to actively transfer money to and from it. Bank transfer can also take from an hour to a couple of days.
EDIT (after Scalable Capital's response): I am grateful for Scalabe Capital taking the time to react to my review.
Regarding the usage of the proceeds of sales, it is true that most of it can be reused right away, but there is a part locked for tax purposes. I could also withdraw most of the cash after a few days, but again, there are about 100€ which have been locked for more than a month now and I can only use to purchase equity.
Nevertheless, for long term holdings and controlled withdrawal, this broker has very nice features. If you need something with more fast paced flexibility, there are others with a better offering. Each tool has its purpose.

I’ve been using Scalable Capital and initially had a very good experience. The app is easy to use, and deposits and withdrawals are smooth.
However, since around December 2025, stability has dropped significantly. The app often fails to open, and even when it does, it sometimes incorrectly shows the market as closed, preventing trades. There’s also no option to place orders for execution when the market opens.
At the same time, there’s a strong push toward the premium subscription, but the performance issues remain.
When it works, trading is simple and efficient—but the frequent outages and reliability issues make it hard to trust the platform. I’m now considering switching to a more stable alternative.

I use Scalable Capital for myself and was mostly satisfied with it. So I decided to open kinderdepots for my children as well. Our case was slightly special and needed some insights from the legal department. Scalable support initially said they will forward the case, but then suddenly refused. We ended up going to another bank.

Interface is very user friendly. Costs are loe and all transparent. Tagesgeld and Credit options are very competitive therefore can cater all requirements within one depot.

For Buy and Hold fantastic. Margin Loan is a good product and really usable for short liquidity boosts.

It used to be super simple for us to have a saving plan that's fetching money from the clearing account. While the money is waiting there we were getting daily interests. Now, you come up with amazing genius idea to split daily interest account (Tagesgeld) from clearing account. We have to move the money from Tagesgeld to Broker account in advance (usually 3-4 days before the saving plan schedule), I think this is not a good experience since you made things more difficult for some reasons I am sure you have.
For the sake of feedback: your saving plan schedule is ancient. Why are you blocking money for 3-4 days? I would understand this from Baader bank days, but why now? Therefore, you are not able to provide weekly saving plan capability I guess?
Although I really like your UI in general, your recent changes with upper left corner to find my products etc is making the app really difficult to navigate.
My top feature request would be a Scalable Capital card that we can use to pay like a debit card.
Thank you all for accepting feedbacks.

No problem to report until now - I've been a customer for a few years. Scalable has regularly expanded and improved its offer, which has resulted in a modern and - so far - reliable FinTech product. On two occasions I needed help from the Customer Support, which responded via Email within a reasonable time frame and fulfilled my requests. The pricing structure is definitely competitive, in my view. I will continue to use it and recommend others use it. An incredibly welcome product in Germany's stagnating and backward financial culture. Weiter so!

Investment simplified. Everything important is clarified. Taxes are done on your behalf. UI is intuitive. Everything is transparent. Fees are fair. Service is good so far.

This is an extremely confuse app. You deposit your money and the money is blocked for two months (you can trade but you cannot have your money in your bank account) . This is outrageous! After two months I deposited more money and I discover, all the money was blocked again ( normally the first deposit should be free , but not) . Behind all this chaos and cheating is the Deutsche Bank. In the moment I trade, again the money is blocked. More worse is when you pay money for a premium account. I invested in a share, at the end I retired my money having losses, and when I sold it, I lost more money be ause the sell price was lower. After that I discover again , that my money was deducted a fee ???? What the hell is that ? Is this a tax when I did not have a profit? All this is extremely confusing and seems they are hustler . This is really not good . I sent them a message, telling them, I would like to see, when my money is free to transfer my money to my bank … no answer … omg this is really scared

Very bad experience and lost so much money. The broker account doesn’t provide stop loss and target price options at the same time. So much of slippage. You can set either stop loss or target, which is extremely risky during volatility. Not recommended at all!!!

Took too long to open an account , more than 10 days

Taking into account that during major market moves (both drops and rallies) Scalable Capital often becomes unresponsive, this is a serious issue for an investment platform. Even a few minutes of downtime can lead to missed opportunities or financial loss, and here we are sometimes facing hours of disruption.
In addition, order execution is not always reliable. There are frequent delays, which makes it difficult to react quickly in fast-moving markets. This directly affects trading performance and user confidence.
Overall, platform stability and execution speed need significant improvement to meet the expectations of active investors.
Under normal market conditions, the platform works reliably and offers a clean user experience, competitive fees, and convenient ETF savings plans.
Unfortunately, the software can not tolerate huge volume of users at once. It has huge delay and their platform stop working when there is big news. It is exactly time you need to use the platform and platform froze.
Very perfect 👌, I am not professional but for me Very easy use

My account opening request was rejected, the reason was not specified but no doubts it's based on the nationality. It doesn't matter if you're permanent resident of Germany or not, Ausländer ist Ausländer.
FYI: all requirements in the response were satisfied.

Have you ever hear about the Munich exchange? No, normal because it doesn't exist, but it is what this scamy platform is using!!! You belive fees are low, check how the spread is going to ruin every single of your position! STAY AWAY
