Always good service and quick turnaround of parts

We have been dealing with Luke at Freedom for the last couple of months and they have supplied Samsung equipment for a couple of heat pump installations. Luke is always quick to respond to enquiries and sort out an issues. Keep up the good work!

Nathan provided us with an amazing service and help us resolve the issues we had with our Airsource Heat Pump issue.

Assisted incredibly quickly with a Hitachi ASHP issue which resulted in not having to have a call out fee. Very good service

We inherited a Midea ASHP and required a replacement controller within the two year warranty period. Dealt with Nathan who quickly got onto Midea and the replacement controller was with us within 2 weeks. Happy with the service we received.

We were without heating (part packed up 14th December waiting to be fitted by Midea whom Freedom Heat Pumps supplied, past tense) We as a customer fought to get the part via other companies as Freedom Heat Pumps refused to send one out to us. We spent the whole of Christmas at below freezing thank you. To learn that Freedom Heat Pumps refused to send it out BEFORE Christmas back on the 14th December is appauling!

Stay Away from Freedom Heat Pumps!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the nightmare we’ve experienced with Freedom Heat Pumps, I feel compelled to warn others. We purchased a so-called Samsung “brand-new” heat pump from them last year. At first, everything seemed great—we were renovating our home, wanted an energy-efficient solution, and thought we were making a smart choice. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

First, the unit wasn’t new at all—it had faulty, non-standard wiring inside. We didn’t realize this at first, but when it broke down during last winter, leaving us without heat for two weeks, it became clear something was wrong. Freedom Heat Pumps took forever to get parts, and we had to freeze in the meantime.

Now, since November this year, the same issue has happened again—no heating for over two weeks. When we looked deeper, we discovered the wiring was unusual for a new unit, and the manufacturer confirmed the unit would never have passed quality control. But when we reached out to Freedom Heat Pumps for help, they flat-out denied everything and refused to take any responsibility. We contacted Samsung who acknowledged the heat pump wiring was not to standard but they wouldn’t get involved….

This company has terrible customer service, unreliable products, and zero accountability. If you're looking for a heat pump, look elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Very disappointed with the Freedom Heat Pump system installed in my house. Whilst I have sufficient hot water the system is not at all capable of generating sufficient heat for underfloor heating & radiators. Technical support is poor, commissioning was inadequate and the heating system fails to deliver what is stated in its own brochures. They refuse to visit my house to support our heating engineers & resolve issues - I am fed up of testing!! We are seriously considering ripping the whole system out as we can no longer cope with a freezing cold house, sky high electricity bills & lack of support. My advice to homeowners and Heating engineers is to avoid this company at all costs and to think very carefully before replacing your gas/oil boiler with a Freedom Heat Pump system that “ should” work but clearly doesn’t.

We purchased two media air source heat pumps from the Southampton branch. Samuel come out and commissioned and said if we get any problems give him a call. The only problem is he doesn’t answer the phone doesn’t reply to emails or text messages their after. Sales is absolutely shocking. Avoid this company at all costs they take your money and run

A year on and Freedom have failed to put the many problems right or even acknowledge them. Customer service is non existent. No one ever picks up the phone or calls back.
Do not buy from this company!
Stick with your boiler, you'll be far warmer and better off.

Since having a heat source pump installed my energy bills have sored to over £700 per month! One person, small 3 bedroom bungalow. Everything turned off because I can't afford to run anything!
The HSP seems to have a mind of it's own and runs 24/7 regardless of temperature.
The installer refuses to come and look at it again and anyway didn't seem to know what they were doing while trying to install it. There heads were in a manual the whole time.
