I have recently had my kitchen renovation done through Freedom Kitchen. The quality of the cabinets are just beautiful and top of the range. Communications has been great and easy to follow. Freedom was able to recommend a great installer who did a great job installing my Freedom Kitchen and making it so beautiful. I have even won a $5000 voucher with Freedom Kitchen competition when I signed the contract which was a very lovely cherry on top ☺️.

Most of the process was smooth, however, there was some deliveries issues with the right cabinets doors. However, freedom was able to get the right doors delivered as soon as they were able to. They were very easily reached and has lovely customer service which makes the process much less stressful and enjoyable.

This is my 3rd kitchen and have been over the moon with all the Kitchens. The quality is fantastic the sales person was great and the contact with Freedom Kitchens exellent. Also the Trades people are fantastic very friendly and do a professional job. Any concerns I had were fixed immediately.

Watch out for this company since contract was prepared completely different from what sales told us.
We decided to go ahead with them back in Dec 2023 with offer of 30% off signature ranges and Free Integrated Dishwasher ( valued at $979). Sales agent confirmed at the spot. However, when she sent the contract, she listed much cheaper and lower quality dishwasher at that time, which we only realised later on when item was delivered and opened for installation.
We contacted Freedom Kitchens on the same day of installation. However, they rejected to swap to the right item due to product was opened and installed. Furthermore, their customer service advised us that under their record, we agreed with that cheap dishwasher at the time trade came n discussed about measurements, which was never the case. When we ask for the records, they were unable to provide anything.
The whole process is ridiculous and poor sales ethical in lying to customers.

My new laundry turned out exactly as I hoped! The finish is excellent and so was the design and customer service.

Freedom provided a quality kitchen that looks amazing and functions perfectly for a fraction of the cost of what many of our friends have paid for inferior end products.

Our experience with Freedom Kitchens was great from the get go. Our designer Ali listened to what was important to us and came up with a great design that suited our lifestyle. The communication with Freedom with regard to payments, uploading appliance models and instillation information was made easy by using there portal system. Our installer Steve was very fanatical about his workmanship and had all the trades coordinated perfectly, so there were no delays in the instillation. We are very happy with the quality and design of our kitchen and would not hesitate in recommending Freedom Kitchens.

We had a fantastic experience from initial consult to delivery. Everything was well organised and all my questions were answered promptly. We opted to install the kitchen ourselves and are so happy with the quality and design of our kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to use freedom again in the future.

A very organised step by step process to rebuild my kitchen. The kitchen quality is decent. So far no issues.
I love the customer service experience and their prompt support in every stage. My preparation before the design consultation helped me take decision in a short timeframe. I had a greater flexibility to change my colour and other choices until the check measurement took place. Overall a very good experience with great outcome.

My designer was great, I was not rushed and he listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to get my layout exactly as I envisioned and kept functionality in mind.
The team communication was great and my installer did a wonderful job.
I now have an amazing “cooks” kitchen that is great quality and I totally love it.

There are a few elements to the Freedom product:
- Design process. We worked with Morgan and were very happy with the time she took to understand our ideas and reflect them back to us with a visual model that helped us see our kitchen come to life. We made lots of changes through this process and there were no issues incorporating them. There are a good range of finishes and colours, and it's helpful being able to go into the stores to see things in real life. We probably went back 4 times to check combinations of finishes and fittings.
Note that the initial consult is when the big sales pitch and discount is offered, so you need to be prepared for this.
- Ordering and manufacturing. We used the online portal, and sourced most of the appliances ourselves. No issue uploading the information and confirming dimensions, and making changes when necessary. I had lots of questions and they were answered in a clear and timely fashion. We had to change from an induction cooktop to gas half way through and this didn't cause any issues. Lead times were accurate and delivery occurred when I wanted it.
- Installation. Freedom do not install the kitchens themselves - they link you with local subcontractors. We used the recommended cabinet installer but sourced the other trades ourselves. There was a bit of project management and oversight required to line everything up, but we're comfortable with that and it went seamlessly. The installer was helpful, communicated well, turned up on time, and was efficient. His work was pretty good - a couple of mm out here and there which I would have picked up and had rectified if I was onsite during the install. Overall we were happy though.
- Overall quality and durability. After 12 months we're still really happy with the quality of the product and how well it has stood up. It looks great and everything works well.
In summary, we found Freedom to be excellent value for money. The highlights were the designer and the 3D model and visual representation of the final outcome and then the portal and reliability of the delivery process. Compared to the other options we investigated this was excellent value for money.
The tricky bit is probably coordinating the installation and paying close enough attention to get the quality you want. We were very happy, but we're also very comfortable in that space.
If you want certainty, good quality and great value and are comfortable getting into the details then this is an excellent option. If you want a one-stop-shop where you can rely on the provider to sort it all out from start to finish without you needing to get into the details then you should look elsewhere and be prepared to pay for it.

Professional service and a quality well designed kitchen.
Caroline in the showroom, Filip the designer and the admin team, everyone was easy to deal with, polite and efficient.
One cupboard door arrived damaged, it was replaced very promptly without any problems.

Great quality kitchen, our installer Ralph was fabulous and completed in under 2 days! Service was great, communication really good! Product very well made! Overall extremely happy!!!

Very satisfied with the quality of the kitchenette we got installed in our pool room. We just wanted something affordable and of good quality for this space. We looked at a couple of other options and Freedom Kitchens was the pick. The soft close drawers and doors are nice touch.

Installer Fernando was excellent to deal with and committed to a quality install and making it work as well as possible.

Sales tactics were a little strong, so be prepared for that but otherwise a very positive experience.

Customer Service is not the best. Hard to speak to someone when we needed. Kitchen quality seems good so far.

From initial consult at Windsor to the last tradesman, the experience was seamless. Very happy with the service and with the result. We had no issues with getting the small changes we required after initial cabinet install and found the communications portal easy and efficient.

The whole process from sales to installation was managed extremely well. Freedom Kitchens are a great team to work with. I highly recommend them.
