This order still has not been received, nor has there been any update on the delivery status for about 3 weeks.

I needed a replacement fin quickly. The website was easy to navigate, the payment procedure hassle free and the delivery was on time . Great quality product! Highly recommended!

Fins are not unique.Just buy it on Amazon. It came straight from China and was 3x more.

The 14 ft. Team SUP is awesome. Super fun and stable for the family.

I bought the Team SUP from Freein, and I’m seriously impressed. It's huge, and every time I take it out on the water, people stop to ask me where I got it. It definitely turns heads and stands out from the crowd!

The build quality is excellent — the materials feel durable and premium, not cheap at all. Although I had a small issue with one of the handles at the beginning, I reached out to Freein’s customer service team and they were super responsive, kind, and helpful. They worked with me to find a good solution, and I really appreciated that.

Even though it’s a large board, I can maneuver it on the water by myself, but I will say it’s quite heavy to lift alone when fully inflated. You’ll want to inflate it close to the water, unless you have a good carrier or someone to help.

Overall, I highly recommend this product. I’d definitely buy from Freein again, and I’m happy to support a company that stands by their customers. Great experience all around!

Accurate and delivered in reasonable time

I ordered replacement parts for my SUP. I haven't used them yet so don't know if they solved my problem. My only complaint is that they took so long to arrive.

I bought one of these to give it a try amongst the other brands I had. It was more durable and had better dimensions more stability and a standard fin box. I ordered five more and switched over my fleet to FreeinSup.

The shipping time seemed really long. Otherwise, we love our SUPs and our new fin lol.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't answer my questions. I could tell they had to answer my questions not wanted to. I would ask multiple questions and they would only answer one. I'd say I have no problem choosing a different color to make it faster. And they would say we Will let you know when we hear back. Thank you for your patience! They were being a smartass. Obviously I wasn't being patient. I will order through amazon for now on. When I have questions they a swer them. And its a 2 week process to figure out I bought a color that's not in stock. I was told to give a review for my experience and then you email me back with more arguing. I would of never left a review.

Amazing and unique- design kayak. I’ve owned 2 low pressure tandem kayaks in the past and this is FAR MORE MANEUVERABLE, EASY IN/ out, tracks well even without center fin ( has 2 skegs glued on) . It approaches the usability of our hard shell Old Town tandem kayak. I was surprised in that the ENTIRE kayak is drop stitch, not just floor like most others (and floor is separate which makes for easier fold-up.) . The kayak is stiff overall and I suspect it will also work as an SUP since I can stand up without sagging(200lbs).The overall material seems much thicker than typical low pressure inflatable kayaks. Even the seats ( which look cheap) are actually more comfortable than our prior inflatables, and paddles are light and the proper length. And, it arrived in 5-6 days! My wife and I are 78 and use it with ease. At 5’8”and 5’3” We can both nearly stretch legs flat if rear seat is all the way back to the tube ( which also adds back support ). So Tall people will need knees bent somewhat.

I have now bought two SUPs for my son from Freein and am very happy with each board. More importantly, my son is happy with the boards...and paddle several times a week on rivers, harbors, bays, etc.
