I love it what I purchased great paddle board for the whole family.it’s durable I used it 7 times and 6 hours each day . I haven’t yet had a no problem .its fun we even go scuba diving with it . I really recommend it .

I’ve had a paddleboard from FreeinSup for 4 years and the only thing that broke was the fin through my own negligence. I’ve recommended this company to all my friends and will definitely continue to do so!

I have giant adult sons - 6’6” lineman types. One of them can get on with a regular size person with no problem. It’s super stable and easy to control. They have truly enjoyed it. We haven’t seen how many we can get on it yet but I’m sure we’ll have fun trying.

I love the FreeinSUP products! I own 2 all around SUPs and paddle almost everyday. After ordering my second board, my pup had a flare up of her liver issues and in anticipation of more med (more $), I requested to cancel my order knowing it was a long shot… and these awesome folks honored my request AND responded with a heart felt email.
Packaging is well thought out, shipping was fast and this product is amazing especially for the cost!

I ordered a new fin and was sent the wrong one. As soon as I messaged customer service they got back to me right away apologizing and sent me the right one. Very pleased 😀

They sent the wrong item but they did correct that mistake quickly and painlessly.

Easy to find on site. Reasonable price and free shipping. If you are going to use an air pump this is essential. Worth the money. Hooked up to mini air compressor and inflated in no time.

I wish all companies offered the kind of customer service as I've received from FreeinSUP company. My order was shipped and arrived promptly. I contacted them about a missing piece and they asked appropriate questions to make sure they got the issue handled promptly and properly. I have used my Freein Explorer Kayak three times and look forward to the next time.

I loved my Freein SUP so much I purchased a second one. I thought I had lost a part and the customer service support was excellent. Great product, great company, great employees!

Good replacement fin and they are quick to respond whenever I have questions! Super helpful.
My only issue is how expensive these replacement fins are.

This is an amazing sup. For its money, it delivers good quality and a lot of functions! Windsurfing-compatible! Has two fins (one dagger fin in the center for learning). Light, inflatable, self-contained for travel, thought through in terms of features (non-slippery surfaces, GoPro mount, straps for your sack etc). Highly recommend, my whole family enjoys it, including kids!

Board is exactly what I was looking for, sturdy, balanced and versatile!

I recently ordered an inflatable kayak/SUP from FreeinSUP.com and I've had a really good experience purchasing from them. The customer service has been excellent as they are responsive and very accommodating. I used my new kayak/SUP for the first time today and it was even better than I was expecting. It's lightweight but stable and it glides through the water beautifully. Also, it was easy to inflate and attach the fins. The price was right and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you FreeinSUP!
