Amazing service from freelance jewelz. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about diamonds, all I knew was roughly what sort of ring she liked. Zain spent atleast 1hr talking me through and explaining everything in a simple way. I went away feeling so much more comfortable and confident In him. After telling him my budget he said head call me when the right one comes up. It wasn't until 3 months later when he messaged me with the perfect diamond that we went ahead with it and it really was beautiful. He kept me posted with every step of the making (with pics) I would definitely recommend then to anyone looking for a quality ring. 5 star review from me guys

Went in knowing nothing about rings. I trusted Freelance Jewelz via recommendation with an engagement ring and both wedding bands.

First visit was to get a feel for things, was able to try on some rings for size and describe what I wanted for all rings.

Had direct contact with Suhail throughout and always a prompt response to any queries via call/message.

Rings were to our specification and Freelance Jewelz were able to send digital renders then like a plastic version before the real ring. Rings were absolutely spot on and exceeded expectations. Thank you!

We were looking for a ring to be made with a short time frame and a friend of ours recommended freelance jewelz. We travelled from Birmingham to London and it was definitely worth the experience. From the beginning, the freelance team were very welcoming and talked us through the process. The ambience and atmosphere of the place made us feel very relaxed and as if we were in trusted hands. They were also very informative and shared their knowledge with us about diamonds, which was quite different to what we have experienced before. They allowed us to try on different rings to get a feel of the cut and shape we preferred. They also worked within our budget and provided us with realistic quotes. They paid attention to the small details such as, the fact that we wanted diamonds on the shoulder and the ring to be a high rise so it added a touch of elegance. After our initial meeting, we were sent CAD designs by the freelance team which helped us decide more easily the cut we wanted to go for. Initially I was quite nervous about the final choice I had made so I reached out to the team but they reassured me and considered my preference and tastes. I put my trust into the team and they definitely delivered the ring within a very tight deadline of 1 week. The ring is absolutely stunning and a piece of art. We love it so much! It was an enlightening process as we also received photos and videos of the ring being made which made the whole experience a lot more meaningful and something to share with our family in the future. The team have also provided us with great aftercare information and still remained to be very useful. I would highly recommend freelance jewelz - they are professional, friendly and also have a very down to earth nature in which they understand their client needs and deliver above expectations. From our previous experiences with jewellers, we have found this to be the most educating and friendly experience and will definitely using their services again for our wedding band.
