I had the absolute pleasure of working with Zain on my engagement ring. Zain was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

What truly set this experience apart was how transparent and personal the entire process was. Zain walked me through every step, from discussing the initial design ideas to actually taking me behind the scenes into his workshop to see how the ring was being made from scratch. It was amazing to watch the craftsmanship and care that went into every detail.

He showed me hundreds of stones until we found the perfect one, and his eye for quality and design was unmatched. The end result was nothing short of magical, a breathtaking ring that my fiancée absolutely adores.

Zain was very detailed in how we designed the ring. He kept me informed every step of the way and gave some good advice on materials and stone.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get an engagement ring

Great experience with Zane every step of the way he told us what was going on and showed us via videos. I had a quick turnaround due to circumstances and Zane accommodated this very well. Very professional. Can’t complain and the ring itself is amazing. thanks again would recommend.

I contacted Zain via his Instagram page to ask if he would be able to design a ring which I sent a photo of. Zayn assured me that he could both design and make my ring just as I requested. He then sent me a photo of the diamond which he had sourced, and further videos of the ring as it was being made. Zayn was incredibly patient with my many questions, answering each in a timely manner. My ring is absolute perfection, and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend Zain highly enough; a truly professional and skilled jeweller.

So found advert on Instagram, and contacted them. Zain got back to me that evening. Really understanding of my budget, and sourced a diamond 💎 within my budget that was amazing. Step by step he answered any questions, at various times of the day and evening to reassure me. Videos also sent. Engagement ring and wedding band, are simply stunning. Platinum diamond, all certified, amazing service, and quality product. Ill be going back to them for my eternity ring for certain.

I first contacted Freelance Jewelz in December 2021 in regards to an engagement ring. I showed them several designs and they quoted me on each design, all of which were reasonable. They also helped with explaining certain characteristics when looking for a diamond. Around May 2022 I had finalised the design and sent this to Freelance Jewelz. They took the design and worked their magic. They first found me a very high spec diamond and also created a CAD of the ring according to how I wanted it. The diamond was beautiful, for which I paid deposit. I gave them my deadline, and the rings were made + delivered to me perfectly in time. Eventually I decided to go for a bridal set, which they helped to design, and both rings sit together flawlessly.

I cannot fault the customer service or the product. For the price you pay, the work is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I came across freelance Jewelz London on Instagram which I was a little nervous about but, I went ahead and messaged them with what I would like and with a budget, and with a quick response and messaging back and forth with Zain, who was fantastic and very helpful, put my mind at ease, I paid a deposit and decided to go ahead with my new Engagement ring and Wedding band,
My husband and I made a trip down to London to try on the prototype and discuss any changes if needed and see if I was happy with what I saw
My rings were made and posted recorded delivery 11days later, My rings arrived in the most amazing beautiful boxes, with the IGI certificates inside, I can honestly say I’m over the moon with my rings they are absolutely stunning, I can’t stop looking at them and can’t thank Zain and everyone involved at Freelance Jewelz enough for what they have made for me

First review I've ever wrote but wow do these guys deserve it. I contacted them a year ago about designing a ring. Left them £100 deposit. A year later when I was ready to purchase the ring and had forgotten about the £100 deposit he reminded I had paid that knocked it off the price and he had produced me the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and at a price that is unbelievable. He's been straight up the whole way and taught me many things a diamond dealer will not. I proposed to my misses on 14/02/22 and the next day I popped in as it was a bit too big and within an hour he had resized to the perfect size.
If you're considering buying any diamond I can't recommend these guys enough.

This is one of the few reviews I’ve taken the time to write, as I feel it is well deserved. I have been a customer of Freelance Jewelz (Zain) for a long time now and for a very good reason - he gives excellent service - from advice about diamonds and gemstones, to step by step design pictures that you can tweek to create your dream piece of jewellery.
He has made me rings, a necklace and earrings - all to my complete satisfaction over the years.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (and have sent several people his way) - I do not think you could be disappointed with the complete service he offers and the pride he takes in his work. If you know a little about diamonds, or even if you do not, you will find his prices and the quality of the finished product superior to many of his contemporaries. High Street jewellers do not compare in quality or price. He really wants you to be happy with your purchase and will make sure that happens.
Having just had a new ring made I can truthfully say I am over the moon with it - as I expect to be with Zain.

So, I don’t usually bother with reviews but since this was such a huge occasion in my life, and these guys definitely deserve it, here goes.

Started off seriously apprehensive about even considering buying an engagement ring from an Instagram profile. But after speaking to the guys at Freelance, I was immediately put at ease. They offered for me to come down to their offices in London but due to logistical reasons, that was not possible for me. So I dealt with everyone over Instagram messages.

I give the guys some ideas of the ring I wanted and the rest was history really. They come back to me with several design options and also offered some professional advice on what would look the best. I was happy with what I saw and decided to take the plunge and pay my deposit.
A few days later I was given digital designs of the ring (mind blowing), once I approved this the design process began. I told them exactly what size stone I wanted and they sourced it for me with no issues or questions, in fact it was slightly bigger and no extra cost!

Next I was sent wax models of the ring, again, mind blowing that they even go to the level of detail. Again, I approved and the ring was created.

Safe to say when I received the ring I was over the moon, it was beyond what I ever expected.

I’ve recommended this company to so many of my friends and I will continue doing so. Anyone who wants to be reassured, drop me an email and I’ll be happy to show you all of my conversations, receipts etc etc.

Oh, and the best thing of all (of course) was the cost. The ring I purchased was almost 40% cheaper than a standard online or shop retailer. And you don’t get anywhere near this level of service.

Brilliant experience. From start to finish, made the process simple and easy, very easy to talk to and very competitive price. Ring was beautiful. Turnover time very fast as-well. Would 100% recommend.
