I had a message of "Sorry, cannot tune" for some key channels received via my aerial. The online chat gave me an answer to the problem that it was down to weather, high pressure! Never had this befo... See more

The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and explained that they were working on freely at Hunshae Cross.
But I still don't have freely. Annoying and don't know when.

Jvc freely tv, freely yes no tv
Jvc freely tv, absolute rubbish, can't watch anything never works only had three months, and not interested in continually resetting only to watch one show and then repeating reboot again. Screen goes black for TV and then shows adverts, This is garbage might as well throw money in bin

Can’t tune any channels and hasn’t worked for weeks. You can only watch via catch up. Catchup works fine btw and the WiFi signal is strong. Software all up to date. Hb a think before buying a telly with Freely I’d say.

Some channels off Friday & Sat
Some channels off Friday & Sat. 10th 11th April. Done this at least 4 times since I moved December. New telly from QVC with Freely TV. Not very happy missing programmes I like. Not good with new technology I am 74. No-one thinks about elderly people do this on line, can't. No-one to help us.

A bit of a mixed bag
A bit of a mixed bag. Very good and fast TV guide linking to channel changes. Way better than Sky stream puck, which continually freezes and crashes. Fewer HD channels though and picture quality is not as good in general. Also the Freely Talking Pictures channel does not load at all on my Manhattan aero. Freely help and support are responsive but have been unable to find a cause or fix.

Bought a TV with Freely on it and for some reason it randomly losses all ITV channels. After going through the troubleshooting online, I used the online and was told that it was a connection issue (although all other channels were working). Clearly an issue their end that they don't want to admit to and I really would not recommend buying an TV that uses Freely

The EPG on this system has so much junk in it and you can't delete stuff you'd never watch. I tried to use it for a couple of days and went back to using my Freesat box. Also internet channels buffering too often and I'm on 500Mb fibre. A good idea in theory but doesn't work how I would expect.

Didn’t look beyond the obvious
The guy clearly went for the obvious response that there was work ongoing at our local transmitter but the fact is the problem has been ongoing since we got the TV. We still can’t get channels that are in the EPG but give an ETV303 error when selected. A bit pants to be honest.
