Further to my previous 1 star review, the service has actually gotten worse. I originally complained that I was randonly losing all the ITV channels and was told that this was due to a connection error at my end (despite the fact that the only channels affected were ITV channels, everything else worked fine). After providing all the details requested an waiting 2 weeks, I chased for a reply to my complaint and was told to redo the troubleshooting and provide all the same details again as they seem to have lost the originals.
Completely shoddy customer service, completely shoddy product.
I am trying to find something positive to say about the company but finding it very hard. I will say that the picture quality is very clear on the channels that work, it is just a shame the channels we want to watch only seem to work about 2 hours in a day.
After spending another week chasing their useless cusotmer service team, who want information I cannot provide them, I have been tol that it is not Freely's responsibility for their software but the TV manufacturers fault. I am not quite sure how this can be true but clearly they do not want to take any responsibility for their product. My advice, do not buy anything with Freely on

Great help from Freely advice team, was beginning to pull hair out with problems, which they solved quickly.
However I do question the set up information from Freely in the first instance, it could be better explained and would surely make using it easier!!

Terribly slow to change channels. Do not buy a TV with Freely!
Terribly slow to change channels, the only positive thing is that it gives you time to make a drink, get a snack etc whilst waiting for channels to change.
Disgraceful product and this is with a new premium tv and full fibre broadband.. My old Firestick is much better.
Overall a shameful product, I can't believe there are positive reviews, they must be lucky or dodgy reviews but then you realise most of them are people happy with the technical support... but who would have thought that you would need technical support just to watch the standard TV channels!
I wouldn't buy a TV again with Freely..
Update, you never quite know which channel isn't going to work with freely. I'm thinking that they could run a freely bingo so that users can cross out the error codes as they receive them. My latest one is ETV6019.
The firestick further away from the router attached to the old TV works perfectly!

Brought a Panasonic tv as tv was playing up. Wish I’d kept the old set now had freeview on it 1000 times better than freely had tv 1 month retinue 50+ times fit to error code, rebooted wifi 70+ times. If they are going to force freely on you by selling tvs with this software make it work my internet is fast Ariel is started and before the robotic reply I’ve done all the trouble shooting tips from freely site.

I contacted you recently because no ITV…
I contacted you recently because no ITV channels were being received. You said the problem was "at our end" (i.e. at your end). Nothing has been done. In fact reception of all channels is now much slower, although the BBC and other streaming platforms still work. You said you would look into it. You haven't fixed the problem. Please could you do so. Many thanks.

The problem was almost sorted .. I still couldn't see the Fil on 4 from the start so I gave up. Perhaps the problem could have been with the Sky Internet service?
