Well, the app on my mac mini freezes at 50%, but worked on their web page, got an mp3 from a utube video, so I can listen in the car, worked perfectly

It's very easy to use it and you can use it as you want!!

I’d like to update my recent review. Initially I gave Freemake a one star with the review included below. I have to say that Freemake have been extremely prompt in resolving the situation for me. In fact, they have always been very quick to respond to small issues I have faced before.
In truth, I have found this software very user friendly and it functions really well. It’s why I was so disappointed when I couldn’t get the software to work. I would heartily recommend them and I’ve upgraded my star rating.

My original one star review:
I purchased a lifetime key from Freemake. Don’t bother because they’ve now released a new version and asked me to pay again as the old version no longer works. Lifetime surely means lifetime. In my opinion.

Good application for edit

I needed support to reactivate my key following a change in my PC configuration (motherboard, processor, and SSD), and the support was very quick and efficient. I sincerely thank you.

this is the only actual website that works for downloading youtube videos even on IOS, super efficient AND with audio!! i’m the type of person to judge but this is deffo going into my saved tabs.

I had a little issue with Freemake Downloads. It took a little bit, but I found where to send an email to. And you are very good at responding to every email. It took about a week, but In the end, everything was resolved. So, the service is very good - but it would be a little nicer for me if I could talk with someone. But I really like the software!

The Freemake team was very responsive and stayed with me until the proplem was solved...thank you Freemake team.

I have a gold/lifetime product key;

Cannot log into an account with Freemake, as I need to reset my password, no option on the website to undertake this- request a new password, so I can obtain a receipt for the product key;

Email still not responded to, rather an auto-generated AI?

Better service required.
