This software was originally free and is still labeled as free on Google
Anyway I bought a copy, it lasted 6 months (A lifetime Mega Pack)
This is the third review that Freemake has asked me to do
I originally had a lifetime Mega pack last year, September2025
I had to update it, thats when the problems started
I had my original less than 6 months, I had to buy a new one
I contacted Freemake, I asked them what a lifetime is, never got a reply
I bought and paid for a new key, that worked well for a day
Again contacted Freemake, I got a full refund and another new key
That stopped working
This morning I got 7 emails, yes 7 emails telling me its resolved, all of them are really strange, no name on them
I dont know if they are shy about putting a name on the emails or if they are just copied and pasted
Its great software, just a bit screwed up at their end
I have entered one of the keys, it accepted it but I havent tried it yet
I have no problems buying it, I just expect it to last longer than 6 months and work
What is a lietime ?
I am not expecting a reply to that, I dont think they even know

Terrible customer service…
They refused to acknowledgemy concern and did not remotely attempt to solve it.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I had already paid for a program they now wanted me to pay for twice and then tell me I didn't.
I then told them I wanted my $ back for the new program i bought thinking I was getting a bundle like I previously had and they refused to even remotely be helpful.
A complete joke of a company. Spend your $ elsewhere!

2024 kaufte ich eine Lebenslangen Lizenschlüssel, für alle Packs. 2025 musste ich nochmal einen lebenslangen kaufen. Jetzt 2026 soll ich wieder einen kaufen ?! Nichts als Abzocke, jedes Jahr soll man zahlen.
Antwort vom Support: ich solle alle alten Registry Einträge, etc, löschen, dann würde mein alter, bzw. den die mir geschickt haben, Schlüssel funktionieren -> ich habe einen neuen PC, erst alles neu installiert ! Schlechter Witz .
Ich soll mich also an den Support wenden, auf die Idee wäre ich ja nie gekommen....Das hatte ich vom Support bekommen:

Could you please remove Freemake from your computer by deleting it from the registry? It is better to do this manually. Please make sure you followed the reinstallation instructions including clearing registry entries.

You can also try to use any uninstalling software that completely deletes the applications from the PC.
