Freeman jones made a very stressful situation much better, We went through all possible options before settling on a IVA. I was kept well informed at every point.
Every process was explained in detail.
The staff are exceptional, very friendly, understanding and they don’t judge which to me is important. I can now with their help get my life back on track.

My experience to say the least is life saving.
All the advisors that handled my case were v understanding to to give my close relative chance to assist me with hearing, explaining etc where I could not for clarity. They were very helpful, impressive, experts, patient, empathic , and same time professional. I have had sleepless night due to my money debt worries and my failing health but with FJ solution I now have less to worry about ie my physical and emotional health and how long I have to live. I am indeed very grateful to FJ, my creditors that voted . May God Bless you all the more.

Well were do I begin? Not only have FJ sorted out my financial issues but because Im not 24/7 worrying which Peter to use to pay which Paul, from the moment I wake up to I go to bed, I was constantly worrying. Because I now have room in my brain, I am focusing now on more healthy eating which is helping my weight loss, which in turn will help my mobility. So it’s a massive huge ginormous thank you from me. I have already told my friend who is in a similar situation to me about FJ. So thank you again.

The people, all of the people I have spoken to have been polite, professional and non judgmental.

After stressing for many months over finances, I finally made the call to get some help.
They were courteous, kind and friendly, no judgement made about myself and the final outcome was far better than I would have hoped for.

Don't stress make the call

Nothing was ever too much hassle for them, always was understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Everything was always explained thoroughly and in a way that made it understandable. Couldn’t really ask for a better service.

Even though I sent everything they asked for wage slips etc for 5 yes.i kept been ask for wage slips I'd already sent them..bad internal systems..I got to 5yrs and then suddenly owed 25% of my original debt,which I payed taking me to 6yrs.
Then they asked for another£1160 .when they looked into it..amazing I only owed £128.frawd comes to mind.
I payed it immediately to get it finalised..1 week later I get another demand for the same amount.
Pyramid scheme comes to mind
Do not use this company.
