Thank you for the review. We have no record of you opening a support ticket with us, therefore we can not give you any support. Alongside this, the description of the product contains a disclaimer there is no in-game towing capabilities and a third-party menu is required to attach a vehicle to the truck. Finally, there was someone that responded to a question you posted in the public channel of our discord server with a suggestion of getting the truck to work.
