I don't ever remember using this Company but they have got my email address and having requested them to refrain from sending me emails they continue to do so. The request procedure to stop emails is designed to make it really difficult to stop them and for that reason I would never entertain using them. Still getting emails can't seem to stop them. Avoid them whilst you can, extremely unprofessional and do not use good business practices.

Energy Comparison Information
I used this particular site to primarily get an idea of the prices that may be available to compare against the prices currently available to me through my present supplier.
After submitting the required personal details that this Company requested - the one question I was tentative about supplying was was contact number- As at this stage I really wanted nothing more than to see what may be the difference out in the marketplace between Energy Suppliers.Within a Couple of hours of Submitting my details, I started to receive calls from both landline & mobile numbers that I didn’t recognise.
Unfortunately, for me these were from Various Energy Suppliers telling me that I was potentially in the market to consider changing my current Supplier!!!
Firstly, I declined their offer to discuss prices, but more Importantly, I never GAVE Authorisation to this lot to Allow anyone to Contact Me, Therefore, Please be Wary that this Company are Only a Lead Source no Doubt being Paid by these Companies for Supplying your Personal Information & doing So Without your Compliance.

Free Price Compare offers a variety of deals, and I managed to find a good price on car insurance. I also discovered them through email marketing and saved some money on my policy. However, there were issues with cashback confirmation which took some time to resolve, and I didn't use them again for my energy package switch. While they made booking a holiday and finding a mobile contract easy, experiences seem mixed. Overall, they offer potential savings but with occasional hiccups. ★★★☆☆

The usual affiliate spam lead generation
Appears to be engaged in personal information harvesting via bogus broadband spam emails, not very reputable and given the clue in the URL they're paying affiliate spammers to do it "affid=1349" and just to show how clueless and indiscriminate it is I got this message by entering my postcode "Sorry, We are not providing boardband service at your location"

They should state openly that NO comparison data is available instead of offering to give an overview that they cannot provide only to get hold of your email and telephone number. Total shambles as far as energy comparison is related to that I tried today.
And their paltry reply 2 1/2 years later suggests exactly how they operate… they don’t… unless you have a lot of time….

I used this service to switch energy companies but never received the promised cashback. Emails asking about this remained unanswered.
I'd suggest avoiding this company and using something like Top Cash Back instead.

I used this comparison site to find the cheapest deal. Unlike other sites it did not include deals it cannot switch you to. Its filter did not add those deals the way other sites do so I could not know who is the cheapest for me but only the companies that pay commission to Free Price Compare. Ignore its claims about itself.
