Fast delivery

Matt was very helpful

Matt was very helpful. Package got lost in post but Matt went above and beyond to get my new replacement handlebars out to me on a next day service once we found out.

A very reliable service

A very reliable service, extremely good communication with a fast delivery. Free ride are selling lots of high end components that are difficult to buy from anywhere else. Really like what they do and I love the parts I ordered from them.

Paid £7 for “express delivery”
Although it was dispatched on time. It took almost 5 working days to arrive, all other experience with Evri (Hermes) has been fast, sometimes less than 24h.

sent the wrong product at first but very quick and friendly customer support

I bought a reverse chain tensioner from them and they sent somebody else's order instead by mistake, I let them know and they were very quick at responding and was able to send it back same day, they covered the delivery costs and they sent the tensioner the next day, still with the same delivery option I chose when I first bought it. They are very friendly and kind and quick with customer support and I understand that it was a mistake but I needed the tensioner desperately at the time and didn't arrive in time by the time I needed it, the next day after it was meant to arrive, so I can't give a 5 but they are a really good business and will definitely buy from them again.
Also they package the products very well in the boxes and send some nice stickers if you ask!
