Was told I should be happy with an order confirmation telling me that something was backordered after funds were collected for a Black Friday sale for a gift for the Holidays. I told them this needs to be prefaced before an order that it's probably not going to get here by Dec. 25th. Stopped responding when I questioned their logic. No option to cancel or refund. Daughter not getting her main Gift now.
I ordered on November 5th and still no news, no tracking number. Each time I reach them they tell me they are a small team, that carefully prepare every order and that they will ship my order within 72 hours (3 times now).
This morning I received a tracking number. From China. So. I am assuming the orders are not prepared by a small team and sent from the States like a though. It's a chinese product. Just so you know cause I didn't think that that was what I was encouraging.

I purchased two hoodies from this website almost 3 months ago!!!!!! and I still can not see any sign of my order, I have not gotten my package and this website is a straight up scam, don't fall for it bc they will not deliver your order even though it seems like a trustworthy site. I have sent emails that just respond with saying it's getting shipped "soon", they said that a month ago. this is so unprofessional, so disappointing and such a shitty website, just a scam. DO NOT BUY. I first got my shipping information a month after ordering, AFTER I complained about not getting it in the first place, and it didn't even have any information, it just stands in the same useless place and not moving. but should I be surprised with this pathetic name you call a website. you should be embarrassed, I hope this whole "business" flops. you can see all these other reviews is under really fake names so obviously the website is making fake reviews.
DO NOT BUY from them. Here's my experience with this company. Ordered a month ago. They send me the wrong color. Emailed them with pictures asking for the obvious solution- for them to send me the right item and a prepaid postage label to send the wrong item back.
Oh if only it was that easy! All I got back was instructions on how to do a return on their website. The best case scenario was that I would have to pay return shipping and handling for a large bulky item, wait another 2 months for them to process the return and then maybe I will get the right item. But even that was too much to ask for because when I tried to do the return online, their system rejected it. When I explained all these issues to customer service and requested an appropriate solution, they ghosted me. They don't have a direct line, so ghosting is super easy.
So now I am stuck with an item that I don't want that I paid huge chunk of change for. They have a callous disregard for customer satisfaction which is evident in their rude argumentative responses on this thread. Do yourself a favor and stay away. No matter how good their products might be it's not worth it if you never even get what you paid for.
Ordered mid October - it is now mid November. No shipping date given despite frequent chasing - “maybe December” was the closest I could get to a commitment and that was after multiple chasing emails. I have no faith that the order will be fulfilled so have cancelled snd asked for a refund.

Absolutely shocking experience. Over 5 weeks and items not even been sent out yet. Whilst generic responses received no information provided on sending date - refund requests go completely unanswered. I simply keep getting, I believe, BOT response we’re doing our best be patient. Items required for an event and are not cheap …. Avoid at all costs as company simply not geared up to operate effectively… takes your money and leave you waiting … shocking
I was gonna buy their eden hoddie, untill i found and read their policy where they pretty much strip them selves for any liability for the product when its send out, even if it was a factory error. Also you cant even get your money back if you return it since they only give you store credit in return. Also, they keep doing a buy one Get one free for 2 days, but when the 2 days run out, it just resets back to 2 days, they trying to make you impulse buy their product without noticing their sketchy policy's.

Was expecting higher quality for the price I pay I don’t think it was worth it at all I found some on Amazon for 35$ exact same quality would not recommend I regret my purchase it’s not low quality just not what you pay for
I bought the Eden cloak. I absolutely love this thing! It’s very comfortable. Customer service is very responsive. I had emailed to ask when the order will ship. I emailed them a second time when I received my cloak to understand how to clean and take care of it. (That is one recommendation I would make - include care instructions with the delivery). Both times I emailed I received a quick response.
