Delivery was prompt. I'm from Asia and it still delivered. Quality was great.

It's soft, build quality feels amazing, perfectly sized.... The list goes on! I bought this for my wife and she is over the moon. Her in-home comfort significantly improved with this Eden hoodie!

I absolutely love my Eden cloak. I have bought them for my daughters and multiple friends. Multiple family members even ordered them after trying mine on.

My wife and daughter love their Edens! Great quality.

It's really soft and i like that it covers me and I can still play my Xbox or eat with out it getting in the way

Ordered an Eden hoodie on amazon, got the wrong color, amazon had it replaced, but sent the wrong color 2 more times, said it was a listing problem, and to contact the company, company was no help, told me they couldnt do anything, refused to even try to get me the actual product I ordered despite having invoices and proof of the incident. Dont order from them, especially not on amazon you won't get what you want and they dont care. Bad company, bad organization, bad customer service. And mid product too.

Read the reviews and shop elsewhere. This is a mediocre brand with a generally acceptable level of softness that somehow has been able to get away with a designer level price tag. There was a huge cell at the beginning of December and I tried them out and spent about $300. Same complaint as everyone, my order was received way later than I was promised without updates. Also, even though their website promises quick responses to customer service, I have already sent four emails since they sent me the wrong color, and nobody has responded. I have a set that does not match, I overpaid for everything because it is really not that great of quality, the pants are extra short, so if you are medium to tall, they are not going to fit you no matter your waist size, and you can’t get a hold of them even if the problem is on their end. I would’ve done a lot better buying a $10 pair of sweatpants and hoodie at target. Buyer beware.

Placed an order early october 2025, with expected arrival late october 2025. The shipment was sent mid november 2025 after several emails from me for updated shipment information.

The delivery was then expected to arrive by christmas 2025, which it would have been if it wasn't for lack of proper import documentation so it ended up with the shipment being stuck in customs from december 2025. Another round of emails where they promised to provide customs with the proper documentation so they would release the shipment for my arrival.

14th of January I recieved an email from Freethesheep where they claimed the customs had recieved the proper information they needed, and the shipment was now headed my way. How wrong could I be... Customs had returned the shipment back to China where it originated from due to lack of recieving any documentation from freethesheep.

Don't order from this site, my first and last time falling for heavily promoted ads.

I canceled my order before they sent me the tracking number, since the delivery time would be a bit too long for what I needed.
The first reply was “we can’t because your order is already in the queue”. Then i complained more and they replied again agreeing to refund me. The refund was deposited in my account in 1-2 days.

Good product, but ABYSMAL customer service and support! It took them almost a month to respond to my email!

Placed an order a month ago which guaranteed delivery in 1-5 days. Obviously, I, along with thousands of others, have not received anything. Requested a refund and, over a week later, received a generic response providing me a shipping update and "if I wanted a refund then they will process it". I replied, "I requested a refund in my first email, please process it". ANOTHER week later, received a response "are you SURE you want to MISS OUT on the EDEN EXPERIENCE? if you are SURE then I can process the refund just let me know."

I have already requested a refund twice over several weeks and they are still trying to steal my money. Avoid this terrible company.

Placed an order in November. Was told the hoodies would ship Dec 5th. By Dec 19th it still hadn't shipped. The company ghosted me for weeks, the finally said they'd refund me, but instead shipped the merchandise and has not responded to my emails.

Do not risk your money on an item that is probably drop shipped from China.

Order placed 11/23/2025, promised by Christmas, still no ship date received as of 01/04/2026. I sent several emails and received automated responses stating I would receive items by Christmas, then offering gifts for the the delay. Horrible service, over promising and under delivering. If they are on back order, at least as "temporarily out of stock."

I have sent multiple email messages first asking when I would receive my item and then telling them to cancel my item because it was too late for the holidays. They say that they will cancel but yet they don’t do it and then AFTER the holidays the item ships. This is a horrible company!! BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FREE THE SHEEP!!

Communication is poor! When I ordered it said BOGO and would be shipped in 4 days. Their phone number has a recording saying not accepting phone calls. Going through their website I could only get a respond saying ordered received. It was a requested Christmas gift for my grandson that was ordered in November. It was finally received 12-26 but only 1 not the bogo so far 4 emails has received no response. With Shipping $240 seen very similar at Menards for $40.00

They keep selling, but don’t deliver.

I bought on Black Friday. They never came in for Christmas. While trying desperately to reach them, I notice they erase all bad reviews, never respond by email, and 3 days before Christmas wrote a “sob story” on Reddit. They continuously take orders AND money, and claim to be transparent- but they are only honest once called out multiple times. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Get this company to fail!!! They do NOT know how to do business. They steal your money and do NOT deliver. 4 days after Christmas I received another email stating they “hope” to send my product out in 2-4 weeks. They pretend it’s a supply issue. But when I checked out reviews - this has been happening to them for OVER A YEAR. They are scammers - people who keep selling a product they cannot deliver on, and when people try to warn other customers on their social media pages - they block and delete the comments. DO NOT BUY. Take your business elsewhere.

They take your order, charge your money and then do not deliver keeping making excuses "we are the small team, we will ship it soon". It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and the order was placed 11/30. Scam.

Scam!! Took my order in early Dec for the hoodie, told it would be here before Christmas. Have emailed several times to get tracking, and then to cancel.

Today I got an email from the founder about all the problems they’ve had over the last few weeks, supply chain, docks, and telling me “transparently” that they are to blame for “communication” problems with customers.

DUDE YOU KNEW THERE WERE PROBLEMS AND YOU STILL TOOK MY ORDER AND MONEY and promised FedEx would bring it before Christmas!

You tell customers on 12/22, after all the assurances, to get it on Amazon instead? YOU have my $ and I’m not able to pay AGAIN and also Amazon is showing 12/27 delivery.

I filed this as fraud with Amex because that’s what it is. Don’t order from this SCAM company

Placed order on October 24, 2025 and it is now December 22nd with no ship date in the foreseeable future. I have emailed and keep getting the same response with them saying it “should” be going out in upcoming week. It’s been going on 9 weeks!!! Do not buy!
