FreetoBook Rocks - even after 10 years usage
We used FreetoBook and then went to another large UK company for a year. That was ten years ago.
Over the past 10 years we have not had a single "bump in the road" with our relationship. The platform is stable, totally reliable and very flexible.
The costs are probably shockingly low, out of the box you will be up and running in a day or so, if you want access to 7% bookings then for for a few pennies you gain access to Google Hotel Ads at less than half price of the other OTA's.
Stripe payments neatly integrated that reconcile with QuickBooks and integrated mailers that engage and entice the Guest pre-arrival and after departure ensure your business runs on Nitro.
The support has since day one been outstanding, staff training is beyond reproach and as a consequence this rating is probably ten years too late but non the less offered with thanks.

I switched to FTB last year, I had been resistant to change, when I finally did, I wished I had done it much sooner. The transition was extremely easy.
Any questions I have had, have been responded to very quickly. One time I asked about something that wasn't available, instead of telling me it wasn't available and I would have to put in a request to the developers, I was told, the request had already been submitted to the developers!
It is good to know that the basic service truly is completely free and I pay for the add-ons that I need.

Absolute 5-Star service. I don't mind if I have a question or an issue with freetobook as their customer service is entirely customer focussed. They work very hard to ensure that we, the accom owners, have all the tools we need to make our bookings work smoothly and in our favour.
Great products and good access to help and advice is essential and freetobook always provide the goods.
Highly recommend, excellent company and support team
We moved our holiday accommodation business Shaw Farm Holidays to online booking a few years ago and decided to try freetobook to start with due to no up front costs so had nothing to loose. The set up process was relatively straight forward and only took a couple of hours for 6 properties. The customer support was fantastic for the couple of minor questions I had. Since then we have had absolutely no regrets and have no intention of moving to a different booking system. We have started to pay for some of the add ons to help manage our business but the cost is still far below any other booking systems out there. We love the fact we can pick and choose which paid features to have to best suit our business. They are constantly adding new features and upgrading the system and we have never experienced any technical problems at all. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I recently added Channel Manager to my Freetobook system for my holiday accommodation. This went very smoothly but at the same time I was having problems with the connectivity between Freetobook and the Stripe payment system.
In addition to dealing with the Channel Manager integration, Sandra also pick up my other query and resolved that too, even though it wasn't technically her area.

Never looked back!
Having used another booking system for so long, like many businesses, thought it was easier to carry on with what we knew. After taking a leap of faith with Freetobook, I have to say, we have never looked back. The system offers a perfect balance between being simplistic yet advanced enough to do everything we need and more. A special mention to the support team who are just a phone call away and offer solutions in a truly professional way. After having the busiest summer season we have ever had, our greatest asset was definitely Freetobook
Limited payment option
the software looks good, but the payment system is not international and limited to some countries, so it makes the whole thing useless for me.

We heard of free to book through a friend, having just set up our New B&B on Skye we were looking to make the booking system easier I made contact with them and OMG they where brilliant, any concerns I had they had an answer. everything they said just made perfect sense. every one is so helpful and knowledgeable and everything is so intuitive. we have an account manager (Heather Scott) she is brilliant she talked me through every process of setting the whole thing up with simple to use video tutorials and advice we are now set up and the bookings are coming in. I would highly recommend them to anyone they are fantastic 10/10
Only booking engine that got better & better with time!
Used freetobook for years! They have only got better with time. Customer support was amazing during the harsh covid time and supported us throughout. I would highly recommend it if you have an accommodation to manage. Well done team freetobook!

Only signed up to a channel manager a couple of months ago, I know I made the right decision with Freetobook, seeing and responding to all my bookings are so much easier now. Wished I had done it sooner.

Fantastic. I cannot recommend the ftb team highly enough. I am not competent at computer configuration/use and need my hand held at every step. The team are all patient, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. My business has flourished under their amazing support.
So easy to set up
I resisted using them for years as I thought it would be too difficult to change! Over lockdown, I had time on my hands so I took the plunge! Wish I’d done it years ago! When I got stuck, help was at hand….and quickly.

Fantastic service with real people…
Fantastic service with real people answering queries via the help system or by phone. A small UK business where you get to know the people running it. The channel manager is brilliant. You set up the pricing and discounts you want on FreeToBook - very easy to do, and they setup these discounts on all your channels for you. A single place to maintain prices - a dream. And the costs must be the lowest in the industry at £1 per booking!

Freetobook is a fantastic product that does all you could wish for (and probably more!).
Do not be put off by the simplistic styling. The functionality is great and easy to use. Every time I have thought "wouldn't it be nice if...." I have discovered that it does exactly what I need.
On the rare occasions that there has been a problem, the response is rapid and all explanations are jargon free.
