Freetobook in my mind is an exceptional company with a team dedicated to the partnership with those that use its services.
I joined Freetobook early in 2014 when I was let down badly by another Property Management Software (PMS) Company. One refreshing thing is that the team that supported me in 2014 remains the significant core of the team
The last 7+ years have been a fantastic journey, where the service provided develops as technology changes and market forces vary.
As well as keeping up with market forces the team listen to their users and many changes have been made to significantly improve the needs of the users/partners. If it is something that cannot be done they are straight and tell you. Though will look again if things change
With no contracts I am free to leave without penalty.
People like me stay because this is a great company and the partnership really is special

Great company and wonderful people to work with. We have been using Freetobook for almost 5 years for bookings at our guest house. We have never had one problem. The system works beautifully in conjunction with online travel agencies and also for direct bookings. The facility for taking payments through Stripe is excellent.

Great system- easy to use - very helpful support staff - very economical - wouldn’t consider anyone else. Quite frankly, if you use other Chanel managers you must have money to burn and all the time in the world!!

Can’t fault it. Great service and product. Excellent customer service and always looking at new ways to improve their offering. Been with F2B for 4 years now and it really adds value to our business. Easy to use.

Freetobook is brilliant! It’s very easy to use and excellent value for money! If I do get in a muddle (I am very blond) the lovely ladies in customer services sort you out very quickly without making you feel like a numpty!
