I have set up with Free to Book this year and it is extremely refreshing to have personal real life service. I have been helped out at every event needed. Also have follow up phone calls. This has made a huge difference to my business. Thank you Free to Book and thank you Heather!

Wish all companies I used were as efficient, user friendly and helpful as Freetobook!
Absolutely no regrets moving to them a year ago. Support always on hand and software is absolutely amazing and pretty much essential for us now. Business had grown quickly. Would recommend

We have a public bar and bedrooms in Aberfoyle, Freetobook has increased our bookings no end by using their channel manager it has boosted our room bookings. An excellent platform for bookings with minimal cost.

I transferred my business to Freetobook during the covid lockdown as I was locked into a contract with my provider at that time who insisted on having me pay for a service I simply could not use.
I have been with Freetobook since and it’s the best move that I should have done year’s before.
Transparent costs, Simple to navigate, No standing charges. I can take an off season holiday at no cost. Simply put it is FREETOBOOK

Have been with Freetobook for over 3 years and best decision I have made. Heather and all the team are exceptional ! Unlike the previous channel manager I inherited from the previous owner of my property, there is always someone who picks up the call promptly, no on hold or pass to someone else. Resolved in minutes unlike the other company who’s name starts with an E . Only on line chat available, which would take up to an hour and no guarantee of being resolved. Have recommended to so many people. You won’t be disappointed

Super helpful always. From when we first set up our little business 4 years ago until now when it is sold. Friendly people on the other end of a phone helped to give us confidence in the tech side of things. The diary and website is amazingly useful. I don’t know how we’d have managed without FreetoBook. Fantastic website. Thoroughly recommend.

Sadly we closed down our Bed & Breakfast establishment after 9 years of trading due to ill health. Freetobook became like family during our years of trading and we will miss them all. They are the best and provide top quality systems to manage and simplify your whole booking procedure so that life is easier for you to get on with other duties. Added to that they are very well priced, prompt on queries and all we can say is that they are a good investment all round and we cannot recommend highly enough.

Gorgeous 16 th century house -with 21st century hospitality. Beautiful rooms , fabulous breakfast and fantastic gardens . Our host Jane was more than helpful . Looking forward to a return visit already ! Highly recommend.

A good product but just seems a smidge outdated. I struggled to set up initially and it’s a bit difficult when you have multiple properties at different addresses rather than rooms. The customer service is brilliant though. They do try their best to remedy everything. I’m still currently using their system.

Freetobook have been a fantastic asset to both of my accomodation businesses over the last 6 years and have made life so much easier throughout so thank you all very much! If I ever return to the tourism trade in the future I will use this company and have already recommended it to others.

We’ve recently signed up to Freetobook and it’s a game changer for us! We used to do our own bookings directly with our customers but this saves so much time, looks fantastic and very professional and is super easy to navigate. The messaging add on is brilliant and helps us stay in touch easily with our visitors keeping a log of all the messages/payments etc in one place. Would heartily recommend!
