The strangest VPN..
The strangest VPN... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... and sometimes it crashes and the browser says something like “downloading torrents via VPN is prohibited, please buy Premium”. What torrent are we talking about if I'm just watching a YouTube or Netflix video and I just get kicked off the network?
Speaking of getting kicked off the net for nothing.
Today I was watching a video, everything was great, and then bam, everything froze, the network icon on the taskbar of my Windows 11 showed no internet... I checked the Wifi on my phone.... there is internet on the phone... I disabled everything related to this VPN in task manager... and miraculously it reappeared on my computer....
I think if the war doesn't end. .. a little use this VPN, and buy a normal paid VPN, and Planet VPN money even afraid to give ... knowing that it's a VPN from ru.....

8 out of 10 times it is not connecting to uk server, quality of servers themselves is not good, a lot of times it is reconnecting(which causes drops/disconnects from services), not worth to spend your money on this

They do not give your money back
They do not give your money back if you cancel in the trial period. I’ve cancel my subscription just after a few hours and they didn’t refund the price.

Not working and no refund
The service doesn't work and they don't refund the subscription fee. The tech support leads you on, suggesting various ways to tinker with system settings to supposedly fix the app, but in reality, this doesn't happen. They refuse to refund the money, citing a refund policy that is obscurely located on the website. Although the FAQ states that you can get a refund within 30 days for any reason. Yeah, right, here they won't refund due to non-functionality, let alone a regular refund. There's no point in the money spent, it's a good thing I only bought it for a month, not a year. This is outright fraud.
upd. As you can see I already have lost my pacience and any hope to get my money back, but now I finally got the answer from the support they are willing to make a refund. Well, that's a good thing, but still I've wasted a lot of time trying to make it working, doing the tweaks supports asked me to do, speaking to the support, just to get the money back. Clearly, not the best client experience, wouldn't recomment it in case you're unlucky and it doesn't work properly.
Adding one star just for the refund being possible in the end. However the money are not on my card yet, so we will see.
upd. Successfully have received a refund, so at least it's not totally bad

Advertised with a working VPN to Egypt.
After not connecting I contacted the support. They told me to check it with their own recommended tool. I did and it showed that there is no connecting. After reporting it again the support did not answer anymore. I conronted them again and wanted a compensation but no answer.

Constantly disconnecting
Constantly disconnecting, no kill switch. New versions require clicking on spam, so between reconnecting after random disconnects and spam, you spend more time unprotected than protected. I've had it for more than a few months. Waste of time.

I have been using this vpn for quite a long period about some months. I have downloaded it because it is free. The speed is stable and works brilliant. VPN has never been fault on my devices. I use it regularly for social media and watch videos. It hasn't got any limits, it's cool. For me it's the best VPN, that I've ever used. Believe me, I've downloaded a lot before.

Installed a trojan: gamehacker on my computer and took contol of chrome: changed my default search engine. Not sure what harm it has done to my computer and what information was collected. don't install it.

Failed after one day.
Downloaded and installed the free version, and it worked how it should work for one day. After that BBC iPlayer refused a connection because I was not seen to be in the UK, even though Planet VPN said I should be seen to be in London or Leeds. WhatIsMyIP.com tells me I am in Amsterdam. Traceroute also tells me Amsterdam. Maybe the paid version works, or maybe not, but I shall not be finding out.
