After paying their fee, I was supposed to be able to log in and stay logged in as long as I'm online. But for the last 4 days I have had NO service at all!! I paid in advance for 6 months!!! I've written to them twice and got no response and no refund!!!

Now I will tell you why you should not contact this company and buy their service for a long time.
It turned out that I need a VPN to work with neural networks and preferably from certain locations. This VPN among the huge mass turned out to be the most convenient and effective at the time of March-April. The browser extensions are excellent, I work in several browsers, on one I connect one location, on the other I work without a VPN and do not need to connect it to the entire computer, I think this is a decisive plus.

Of the minuses - if you decide to return the money (alas, the VPN completely died almost a month later), then the support will suck the blood out of you. They will drag it out until the very end (apparently the management ordered it), they will offer you to try to reinstall everything and reinstall, clear the cookies, do all this nine times in a circle Dante. Then they will offer you to try their private VPN, but it also does not work, moreover, it breaks the entire network. Then you will write again that nothing helped and, maybe, we will make a refund? But there will be silence in response. I don't know how much longer I have to wait, but my request was submitted within 30 days, which implies a guarantee of return. More than a week has passed and silence.

What's interesting is that another company (A*G**** VPN) issued a refund on the same day of the request! No questions at all. I wrote a problem and a refund request and they immediately returned the money to me without any red tape or persuasion.

I will change the review to positive if this company does get in touch, and we will resolve our problem through mutual settlements.

Update: This company tried to remove my review as slanderous. They never refunded my money, only gave me a private VPN for a month and ignored me everywhere. This is the worst company for customer support.

Don't even think about buying anything here, they are scammers. When buying premium, they promise configs for any device, 24/7 support and a GUARANTEED money back. In reality, there are no configs, support takes 12 hours to respond, and money paid via crypto is not refundable - and of course, none of the above is mentioned anywhere or in any way when buying. They deceive at every step.

Update: if you put a huge banner saying 100% guaranteed refund no questions asked, and then hide the real refund terms deep in the website where nobody can see it, then you DO engage in fraudulent activities, and you know it.

Also I love how you completely ignored my other complaints about not providing promised services. Way to go.

Ive been using it for many months now, and I have no problems with it (free version). It connects fast, stays connected! I highly recommend this VPN!

I'm using the paid version and they recently deleted the Change IP version which was helping a bit with their terrible, unstable service. I sent an email to the support team and it wasn't replied back for two weeks. I never saw terrible staff like this. it's a hit and run scam

I actually really like it, even with just free version! It gives you around 5 different countries (or servers I guess they're called? 😅) to pick from, no limitis and very good speed. I really don't understand all the negative comments here.. yeah they can do lots of things better, but still amazing with it's free or very affordable paid version.

just as everyone else has already said, but I didn't believe them. They advertise they provide free vpns for specific servers, but after you download, those specific servers are locked under a paywall. Scammy behaviour, thanks for wasting my time.

I payed them money and wanted to get VPN on Linux. I wrote to support got an answer after 5 days: "Settings with configurations for routers, Linux and third-party VPN applications (like OpenVPN) are temporarily unavailable.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We can't tell you yet when they will be available."

Seven days later and I'm still waiting for a reply to the first email I sent to them seeking a refund under their "30 day money back guarantee", let alone the half a dozen I've sent since. This company is rotten to the core, and I can only assume that Romania (where they are based) doesn't prosecute fraud and that's how they continue to operate.

It is a TRAP. They all the time try to break my account. I receive all the time mails they want to restore my password. Do not enter on that site. IS NOT SAFE !

The strangest VPN... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... and sometimes it crashes and the browser says something like “downloading torrents via VPN is prohibited, please buy Premium”. What torrent are we talking about if I'm just watching a YouTube or Netflix video and I just get kicked off the network?

Speaking of getting kicked off the net for nothing.

Today I was watching a video, everything was great, and then bam, everything froze, the network icon on the taskbar of my Windows 11 showed no internet... I checked the Wifi on my phone.... there is internet on the phone... I disabled everything related to this VPN in task manager... and miraculously it reappeared on my computer....

I think if the war doesn't end. .. a little use this VPN, and buy a normal paid VPN, and Planet VPN money even afraid to give ... knowing that it's a VPN from ru.....

8 out of 10 times it is not connecting to uk server, quality of servers themselves is not good, a lot of times it is reconnecting(which causes drops/disconnects from services), not worth to spend your money on this

They do not give your money back if you cancel in the trial period. I’ve cancel my subscription just after a few hours and they didn’t refund the price.

The service doesn't work and they don't refund the subscription fee. The tech support leads you on, suggesting various ways to tinker with system settings to supposedly fix the app, but in reality, this doesn't happen. They refuse to refund the money, citing a refund policy that is obscurely located on the website. Although the FAQ states that you can get a refund within 30 days for any reason. Yeah, right, here they won't refund due to non-functionality, let alone a regular refund. There's no point in the money spent, it's a good thing I only bought it for a month, not a year. This is outright fraud.

upd. As you can see I already have lost my pacience and any hope to get my money back, but now I finally got the answer from the support they are willing to make a refund. Well, that's a good thing, but still I've wasted a lot of time trying to make it working, doing the tweaks supports asked me to do, speaking to the support, just to get the money back. Clearly, not the best client experience, wouldn't recomment it in case you're unlucky and it doesn't work properly.
Adding one star just for the refund being possible in the end. However the money are not on my card yet, so we will see.

upd. Successfully have received a refund, so at least it's not totally bad
