Extremely in helpful, rude. What a waste of time and money. Your told it’s easy to use and then soon realise you need a masters degree to coordinate their dashboard and have no control of your service what so ever. Have to rely on eastern block rudeness to assist you. Stay well clear of them.

I have got my activate number with in…
I have got my activate number with in 48 hours of payment and order confirmation.
I m not receiving any verification SMS /Call from anywhere.
When I put this number on any of the account where I want to register. It's reply to me that tbis is not a valid mobile number for USA.
Overall it totally a bad experience for me. Also there is a no customer support after payment to the freezvon.
Before payment, freezvon customer support has been called to me for any help of confirming the transaction.

The worst system to use
We bought a Saudi Virtual number with them, their SIPs are not working, when you contact their customer support team, they respond in all unprofessional manner, nothing is organized, and they are fully unaware of what they are doing.
I have been an ingoing issue with them for 3 weeks direct, and when you try to say you have an issue after downloading and trying 5 different Softphones, they say that the problem is with your network not with their SIPs,
I would not recommend using their services at all, they are the epitome of the word Fraud.

They're advertising that they're selling turkish phone numbers. I signed up, wanted to buy it but no turkish numbers. I contacted the live support to delete my account & he just kicked me out and disabled the live support feature for me. Pure scam!

A Five-Month Wait for a Refund – Unacceptable Double Charging
I'm writing this review with mounting frustration, as it has now been over five months since I first contacted Freezvon regarding an extremely troubling issue. I was charged twice for a service that was never available, and despite my persistent efforts, I have yet to receive a refund.
On May 1st, 2023, I initially engaged Freezvon's services with high hopes. However, my experience has been a nightmare from the start. Not only did the promised service never materialize, but I was also billed twice for it, an inexcusable oversight on Freezvon's part.
My attempts to contact Freezvon's customer support have been met with deafening silence. It's disheartening to see a company disregard its customers and their genuine concerns for such an extended period.
Let me be unequivocal in my stance: I demand an immediate refund for the erroneous double charge. It is unfair and unconscionable to withhold my money for a service that was never provided. I have meticulously documented all correspondence and transaction details, prepared to take legal action if necessary to rectify this situation.
I implore Freezvon to do the right thing and expedite this refund process. Acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration I have endured throughout this ordeal and provide a resolution promptly.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response in a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my funds. Additionally, I will share my experience on various platforms to inform others of Freezvon's questionable business practices. It is in Freezvon's best interest to address this matter swiftly and fairly.
I eagerly await a prompt resolution and hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Freezvon to take their customers' concerns seriously.
