This is a scam - at least for me I was completely ripped off.

I purchased a virtual number to receive and send SMS from a Canadian number. Prepaid a one year subscription. The line doesn't receive SMS nor can you send SMS. They initially told me I had to pay more, which I did, ended getting scammed for another 10 dollars. After the excuse of me not paying more ran out they explained that I could only receive and send SMS to 'real numbers' and they are the ones with the 'real numbers'. I was completely scammed, did not receive what was advertised, and customer service relies on there one line statement that states only works with real numbers.

However, your phone number was successfully receiving calls during testing, and we cannot refund money for numbers that work correctly.
We contacted you regarding the work of your virtual number and sent you a list of recommendations to resolve your issue. Most likely causes of the issue are enabled SIP ALG, provider or firewall blocking VoIP traffic, or incorrect set of STUN/rport settings in the app you use.
Following these recommendations would have resolved the issue.

However, time needed to connect your order is stated in the purchase form. We rarely exceed promised time for setup, and if it happens, we change the billing date or refund a part of your monthly fee.
Unfortunately, you did not provide any information regarding your case with your review, so we cannot comment on your case in details. However, we do return money if the number does not work as specified for that specific type of number.
For example, if you purchased a virtual number for SMS to receive SMS from apps, social media and the like, and have not received those SMSes, it would not constitute a case for refund because it is against the intended use of virtual numbers, and we warn numerous times not to use SMS numbers for that purpose.

The worst company ever, we payed for their service for a month, we never used the damn thing, because there always were technical problems, 2 weeks they didn't solve anything, when the subscription finished they were asking us to pay!!!! we never used it, they never solved the problem yet they ask you to pay, morons!

SERVICE did not work and no refund after days of support.

We needed a test SMS number for our product testing in Switzerland. We purchased a number at x10 the cost of competitors, as we were recommended their service internally by a developer.

The service took over 24 hours to set up, and when we were informed it was live we began our testing. No forwarding of SMSs worked. We tested via a client mobile to see if SMSs were arriving in Switzerland. We notified support and then spent three days bouncing emails as they found more and more irrelevant questions they could ask. Eventually, we gave up on this company as it was costing too much time and money to resolve. I advice that you USE AN ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIER!!!! Hope our time has not been wasted and you are more productive in your testing.

Chris, after you had contacted us, we immediately asked you to provide us examples of non-delivered SMS, as without data regarding when these text messages have been sent and from which phone numbers, we are simply not able to move forward with this request. We want to help you very much but without this information, it is not possible to test the function of the number with our local partners in Switzerland.

Please note that we offer support to receive SMS from real mobile numbers of the same country as your number for SMS from Switzerland. I.e. real mobile number from Switzerland is able to send SMS to Switzerland mobile SMS number from Freezvon.
