Shocking how much time this saves
Easy to find 20 quotes for various service levels in under a minute.
No more "well what about this" on the phone with a rep, or resubmitting forms online to 5 different comments and trying to compare.

Having issue rescheduling a pick up…
Having issue rescheduling a pick up after ours was cancelled yesterday due to the truck being too full. Freightera should have taken it upon themselves to send another truck the same day as this is a very time sensitive shipment!

Unfortuantely, once your order was scheduled with the carrier they advised us that they would not have the availability to pick the order up on your preferred pickup date and that they could pick this up on the following day. Our team has reached out on the morning of the preferred pickup date to check if this would work out for you. The order was then picked up the following day and it has been delivered earlier this week. Sadly, when it comes to all of our carriers all pickup and delivery dates are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed and the carriers are sometimes forced to postpone a pickup by a day as they do not have the availability to have this order picked up on the selected date. Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
