Highly Recommend

I have been using Freightera for a few years. They have such great Customer service. All the staff are very friendly and fast as resolving inquires.
Their shipping site is simple and user friendly. Often times, other providers cannot beat Freighteras rates.
Its a One - Stop - Shop.
I highly recommend trying them out.

Scheduled a pick up using the website…

Scheduled a pick up using the website to fill out relevant details. Driver went to P/U location and it sounds like a combination of logistics and Pick up site errors however, driver didn't know what he was picking up and warehouse attendant didn't know of what he was supposed to pick up. Please read the data inputs on your bill of lading and or online receipts. All information is there in plain site. We're now 16 hours behind planning. First time the shas happened with this company so they're still 95% dependable.

Update ***
Freightera was able to rectify my issue by getting my deliveries on a dedicated truck and expedited to my venue in the span of a couple of hours. They truly exemplify great turnaround customer service. Thanks Freightera!

Unfortunately, it seems that the carrier was not able to pick this order up on the requested date as they had issues with getting the pickup location to release the shipment to them. Due to this, and as per your conversation with our Logistics team, this order has been transferred to a new carrier that was able to have this order picked up and delivered on the same day.

No commitment on timing. Poor communication. very hard to get hold of someone there. even when you leave instructions for pick up no one reads or follows.

In addition to that, we are terribly sorry that you were not able to get timely or accurate information when you originally contacted the carrier for this order. Because of issues like these, we always recommend reaching out to us directly, rather than to the carrier, as we are able to reach out to our sales representatives first and speed up the process of getting information.

Unfortunately, when it comes to all of our carriers, all pickup and delivery dates are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. In addition to this, a lot of carriers aren't able to advise ahead of time if they will be able to pick the order up on the requested date. This is because they usually schedule orders for requested dates and plan to pick them up, but delays happen when they either get held up at previous locations or their trucks get filled out ahead of being able to reach the next location. Because of cases like these, we highly recommend reaching out to us ahead of pickup if your order is time sensitive, and letting us know about this, so that we can advise on the best carrier options for this and also closely monitor the shipment to minimize the chances of your orders being delayed.

When it comes to this particular order, it seems that the main issue came from the lack of communication between the carrier and the partner that they had assigned to this order. Due to this, the order was delayed and we have cancelled it, as per your request. A full refund has been issued for this order as well.
