This company is a scam !!! Do not buy from them. Made a purchase September 2024. You will not receive your order or your money back. They should be ashamed of themselves

Wish I had read these reviews before making a very expensive purchase of paints, wax and brushes.

My order was placed 7 weeks ago, I’ve tried to reach out via their socials and email. I’ve had one responce and its been so unhelpful.
They have given me 2 tracking numbers with wrong digits so clearly they’re both fake and haven’t been sent. This is almost $400 worth of product I’ve simply not been sent. Nobody is taking accountability and my renovations have been on hold. I’m so upset about this and the lack of responsibility and response. I just don’t know how anyone can run a business like this and get away with it.
How am I going to get my refund now??

I placed an order in August before their sale which never arrived. After a few emails and messages they finally responded after about two, three weeks saying Australia Post told them it was lost and that they resent another one. They wouldn’t provide a tracking number and ignored my requests.

I urgently needed the paint to finish a project so I contacted one of their distributors who was nice enough to chase them up for me. She was told that I had been emailed and issued a refund the day before. I was never contacted and I only received a refund when I emailed them the next day.

I don’t believe the original order or replacement was ever sent. I received no explanation, no apology, nothing.

I originally posted this on their Facebook page in response to another customer who had similar issues, but they removed the reply and have blocked me. This is in poor form and extremely unprofessional.

I own a small business myself and would never treat a customer like this and lie to them.

I would love to leave a positive review about frenchic paint, however 2 weeks after ordering i still havent received my order. Emailed several times with no acknowledgement. Took them a week and a half to process the order before auspost took over. Very frustrating when i have several projects that are in hold because of this. Maybe a negative review will get them to pull their fingers out.

Update- finally received a refund, however, never received my items. Pity, cos from what I read paints are fabulous.

I have same negative experience as a previous poster. I actually came on here to see if I had been scammed. Ordered almost 1 month ago and haven’t received my items. Tried the tracking and it appears items never left the frenchic warehouse. Tried calling- nothing. Tried emailing- nothing. Eventually tried facebook asking for help. Facebook moderator runs the Frenchic business so wouldn’t publish my post. After my attempt on Facebook I was told they would repost items. Guess what tracking suggests items haven’t left the warehouse. And so the frustration continues. I’ve never had such a negative online experience and that includes the dud tinder dates I had. I will update if I ever receive my items.

It’s the first time I’ve used your product. I bought the Lazy range in white and painted my kitchen cupboard doors. I found it so easy to use and I’m super happy with the results.

I can’t review the product as I haven’t received it yet despite paying extra for express delivery.

Excellent customer service. Great product, I am very sensitive to paint fumes and I was dreading the nausea and headaches that a new paint job was going to bring; I couldn't smell the paint while we were painting and was able to sleep in the same room the following day without issue.

I've received three emails to rate this product but have yet to actually receive the product 3 weeks after it was ordered to be shipped via express post. I've tried to contact the team multiple times via email about where the order might be or to get an idea when it might get here but have received no further updates. I tried to contact the number but it isn't connected. I've also contacted Australia Post and only been told that they haven't received the order to be shipped.

Ordered samples and received them in a timely manner. Varied colours that are now relevant, which I will be using in my new home. Cherie Barber is correct, excellent product!

Good product, easy to apply. Shipping was a bit slow.

Ordered the sample packs which arrived quickly. Loved the texture and ease of using the paints.
