Easy to use and good colour. No strong odour.

Very simple to use, and paint gave great coverage as well as a beautiful finish.

Painted bathroom tiles that were cream with dark dots.
I should have gone for a darker colour as after 3 coats still had not covered. Had to put a blocker underneath

I havent used the paint yet, but the process was smooth and efficient

Order # 2862.
Three 250ml tins of paint short, no response to two emails sent asking to rectify this issue.

Paint: BlackJack Weatherproof Al Fresco water based, chalk and mineral.

Great finish (so matt) and very durable after curing time but not as much as promised. It scratches off. It's no worse or better than others used, however.

Make sure you really scuff up the surface with the sand paper as course as your mother in law's tongue to get the maximum adherence possible.

Use Annie Sloane wax to help protect it. Do not use Rustoleum Chalked protective top coat. It leaves a cloudy finish that looks verrrrrry average.

Am disappointed in the fact the time before this order, it arrived a couple days after ordering,
yet this time we still haven't received it 8 days on with express post. 🤔 Maybe it's Australia Posts fault, l haven't checked tbh.

Finally, although I know this is how many businesses operate, but it annoys me, you should have wiggle room to cancel or change orders and that scope be advertised on their website. Last time l tried to cancel my order very shortly after placing it but was unable as it had already been packed and dispatched too quickly for any repeal.

I believe that all businesses should have a leeway time for customers to cancel if need be and that time, clearly displayed on the website under orders.

I do like that if you have made an error you can return the product, but 7 days is too small a time frame.

I do love the online help by a real person who has a sound knowledge base and soh. However, please don't tell people it won't scratch off any surface cos it will. It's a great paint but not without fault.

I absolutely love this paint. I have done my ensuite, and back steps entering the house. About to do my front door entry, get rid of old 2 tone brown tiles. It's thick, lush and goes on so smoothly. Am in love. You have a definite customer here.

Lovely product. I bought the 250ml can of alfresco paint (Victory Green) for a small project as I’d never used the product before and it turned out beautifully.
Also tried tuff coat which is a great matt sealant that is imperceptible when it dries.

Easy to use for a newbie like me who never had any DIY project before. Follow the instructions from their YouTube and it's work! I used de la cream and browning wax to renew my old furniture so it suits with other furnitures in my house. Turned up beautiful and love it!

I purchased Frenchic paint after visiting my sister in the UK and admiring her beautiful paint. I used it to paint the kitchen cabinets and am delighted with the results. There is also no odour and it is easy to paint with (and I'm a novice). I will definitely purchase the paint again for my walls. Delivery was quick and they even gave me complimentary sugar soap and a keyring to open paint pots - which was a lovely gesture. Highly recommended
