Order not arrived and can’t contact anyone
Unfortunately the order i paid for and paid extra for 1-2 days shipping still hasn’t arrived 7 days after placing my order,
I have used their “chat to us” button on their contact us page 3 times, used the email facility twice and also sent an email enquiry as a reply to my original order confirmation email,
I have purchased from Frenchies 3 times before and never had any problems,
unfortunately there is no phone number available to call them, not very good this time.
