Fabulous soaps but disappointing delivery
Ordering process was very straightforward and very happy with the product. The only disappointment was the delivery driver who thought it was fine to literally throw these large boxes in through the door with potential damage to the soaps. Maybe you need to look at another carrier and use lots and lots of "fragile" stickers!!!!!!!

The soap is absolutely disgusting does not smell like French soap at all. I bought it for my shop and I’ve had to leave it in the box and not on shelves as it’s that bad. Such a terrible smell. Really dissatisfied

I found my holy grail!
I discovered this soap on a trip to France last year. Once I used it I knew I needed more, but I had trouble accessing it from the US. Finally I found you! The service was amazing and the soap lives up to my high expectations! Now I am selling it at markets. (and keeping a bunch for me) Merci!!

Not good

Everything went well
Everything went well, I received my soaps in great condition. The only thing I could note, maybe communication wasn't very quick. I was waiting over three weeks to receive a reply to my numerous emails regarding the delay. Some of my order was not in stock, so I had to wait for it being manufactured. I don't mind the wait as long as I know what is happening, some unnecessary anxiety on my end could have been avoided. Other than that, I will be happily ordering again.

Excellent service and product
Excellent service all the way through from purchasing until receiving the soaps. The product is very good quality and the soaps smell and look amazing. We had 1 box missing from our order and we contacted them about it. They communicated with us very quickly, acknowledging that there had been a mistake and rectified the situation professionally. Would definitely recommend!
