I ordered a product on in the middle of October.. still don’t have it.. been promised a refund.. don’t have that either! And don’t expect a reply back from them either, unless you chase it a few times first.

I had a great experience with this company. At first, my order went missing and I sent an email regarding it and within just 1 day, they happily replied to me willing to find the order. I received the order 2 days after they replied and it came perfectly in a good state with no damage.
