My item never arrived no response from company, now resolved
My item never arrived and there was no response to my emails.
I sent a message through Insta, received an update from the company who are refunding me for the out of stock product and sending a good will gesture as it took some time to let me know. A great result.

I still haven’t received my order after…
I still haven’t received my order after more than two weeks. I know you said you’d dispatched it to The Royal Mail but when I put the tracking code in The Royal Mail say they are still expecting it. So how do I know that you have sent it? I will not be using La Para in future unless my package arrives soon
