I ordered delivery to the Republic of Moldova. The order arrived in 10 days at my post office.
There was a problem with updates from my post office and I didn't know what stage the order was at, thank you very much to Tina for finding the order in Moldova and sending me the information. I highly recommend.

The ordering process was easy and the shipping charges were not excessive. I will definitely purchase from them again if their collection expands.

I ordered a chocolate milk powder - 1KG with ONLY 2 months validity. In the offer there was not mentioned that a validity date is so shortly! I will be not able to finish it before so it might be a huge waste of money and the product. I sent an e mail with complain on which till today nobody care or bother - no reply. Very poor service! Not recommenced.

Excellent company with fast delivery to Ireland.

Freshstore responds quick and keeps me well updated of all the steps they are taking bringing the product to my home. No complaints there. Shippingcosts to the Netherlands are pretty high, but it's the only place I can find my tea.

Made a mistake with my order, called them and they sorted it for me. Very pleased and the product Tigernut flour is delicious and so good for you too.

I ordered a fragrance for my son on the 2nd of February for his birthday on the 12th which would have been plenty of time.....or so I thought! For starters it took a week for them to even dispatch the order, after another week there was no update, so I went and tracked the order and It hadn't even left Poland, so I went onto the website to email them and couldn't find any contact details, (at this stage I thought I had been scammed!) I had to Google search it, I emailed them but got no reply. My order eventually arrived in Ireland on the 24th, nothing when you order tells you how long it takes & if I had known, I wouldn't have ordered off them. My package arrived undamaged and was what I ordered but I won't be ordering off them again!

Your price for the tea is ok, but I paid qauit 18.00 euro for shipping.
The order was made on 31 jannuary and arrive at my home on 25th of february, that's very long and tracking also was bad.

The price I saw when I placed the order was not the total price as on checkout I believe vat was added. This made each item with freight ti have been at least €1 dearer than retail.
Also having spent +€130 I was given 2 teabags as a gift!!
Disappointed overall
