I honestly do not recommend, a month of waiting for the shipment, lack of competence on the part of the staff. Save your nerves and order somewhere else.

Great stock, simple to order, prompt delivery

I was very happy to have found a certain product I was looking for online and that it was still available. However, having it delivered took over 2 weeks and I was not able to track the shipment despite having received tracking details. The tracking number just wasn't updating. I contacted the company twice but so far still haven't received a reply. The parcel has arrived in the meantime but this part needs upgrading. The product also appeared to be older (the milk chocolate had a white layer in all 3 packages ordered) I can't say if it really was older or whether this stems from how it was stored. The product was still edible.

Got my money and never delivered my order. Don't even answer my emails. Horrible experience!

First of all, one of the products ended up being out of stock and I was never asked if I want to proceed with the rest of the order, they just removed that article and gave me refund for it.
Second, when the other 3 products arrived, I checked them and all 3 of them were expired. I emailed 2 times about that and never got response.

WARNING! Thieves. They don't ship the goods. Complete lack of communication. I won't let this go. They'll be surprised at what a deceived customer can do.

The 6 jars of jam arrived safely. They came in 2 packages at slightly different times, so at first I thought only half of the order had been sent. I sent an email to fresh-store.eu, but didn't hear back. I would also suggest they use stronger boxes to send glass jars overseas; I feel we were fortunate that they all arrived intact.

Very long delivery time like 2 weeks even though I paid extra for faster shipping.
My items were good packed and the only site that sold that item.

I found at last this store online, which sells the perfume by Priscilla Presley at a far more cheaper price than for instance Ebay. Although tax must be paid, I got this lovely perfume at a reasonable price. Also nice with small gifts inside the parcel.
