Item not received
It is about a month that I bought it. My credit card shows I paid for it. I got a tracking number. This shows last update in Poland nearly 3 weeks ago. I have to chase it as lost parcel, I dread to think how difficult this might be. Will try tomorrow. Sorry if I don't sound positive.
UPDATE: I contacted Royal Mail today, they haven't received the parcel. They told me to contact the seller. I have email them for the second time now. Hoping for a reply...

Order not fulfilled and no response from customer service
I placed order PLTIYFCPR on September 3. Only on September 11 I was informed that the product was not available. I agreed to the alternative they proposed, but since then there has been no confirmation and no shipment.
I contacted them both by replying to their email and through the contact form on their website. Unfortunately, there was no reply in either case. Today is already September 24, and I still have no product and no update.
Update: The parcel arrived on October 2, no apology or explanation from the company.
Their delivery notification system is terrible. I chose MRW pickup, but wasn’t allowed to select a location. The message saying my order had arrived included no info on where to pick it up, and the tracking link didn’t help either.
I had to contact MRW myself and found out the parcel was sent to a pickup point far from my home, even though there's one nearby. I wasted over an hour collecting it.
Very disappointing and unreliable service.

Good, but be patient
I ordered 3 boxes of tea, and they all arrived intact. They also threw in 2 extra sachets of other types of tea. One thing to note, I don't know which courier they use but they are quite slow (hence the 4 star). They do offer tracking progress but sometimes it takes days for there to be any change at all. For reference I ordered on September 1st and got my product on September 12th.
Side note: Fresh store did send an email to me asking to review them.

Received an expired product
They sent me a Pantene conditioner that was already expired. In the item description they didn't say that the product was expired and there was no discount on it either.
I contacted the Customer Service for a refund but they never replied.
I will never buy from them again.
