When i bought a perfume, i didn't recieve any update for 5 weeks, after 4 emails they finally responded with a half hearted apology saying that "the order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock" instead of actually changing the status to out of stock, they kept it up to have people pay for products they never recieve.

If it were not up to the 4 emails i sent, I would have never recieved any email nor refund.

Ordered and payed express postage previously ordered the same item and arrived soaking wet so wrongly thought express postage would protect item.
Emailed fresh-store.eu on three separate occasion’s they failed to reply to any of my emails.
Whilst the items were genuine I will not use this company again terrible customer service if purchasing from them I would recommend using pay pal as I don’t think you would get a response from this company at least you would get assistance from PayPal.

Shipped next day from payment, each step of delivery send me emails, perfume arrived safe and sound. Arrived from Germany to Cyprus in 1 week by post.

I thank the store team for their punctuality, accuracy, and speedy order processing! Even though the order was for a small amount and required delivery to Bulgaria, I received the goods within a few days and in excellent condition. I purchased the "Clearasil"cleansing gel, which is unavailable in Bulgaria, especially at such a price! I paid by credit card. The parcel was delivered to my home address. Thank you!

Fast delivery with constant updates

Unethical business practices. Non existent customer service. Items shown in stock when ordered, in fact have no stock and could not fulfill. Very fast on charging for items they do not have, very slow, ignorant to respond to issues. Very poor customer service, no telephone, no agent on the instant messaging. Responded only to the 5th inquiry. Avoid as far as you can.

Overall, it was a great experience. I placed a second order on the site, and the shipping was even faster this time. The product arrived as advertised, and I received all emails and communications regarding the shipment without any issues.

I ordered some chocolate on 11/10/25 knowing the estimated delivery within EU would be 1 to 5 days. I haven't received it but only 10 days after the expected delivery date. It was a partial delivery, despite the online store having those items as being in stock at the time of purchase. After another 10 days or so I received the rest of the items. I tried to contact them twice along this time, but there was no answer received to date which was quite frustrating.

All in time and my items as described 100% happy
