delivery problems and no assistance
I need to update my review. I've purchased from this supplier several times, and so far, as I mentioned previously, the packages have arrived on time, and I'm always very satisfied with the product I purchased. The problem I had the first time has recurred: I ordered a package (June 3, 2026) with DHL delivery in 10 days, but as of today, June 19, 2026, the package hasn't arrived. I paid more to receive the package on time, but to no avail. I emailed the only available address and, like the first time, I received no response. If I have a problem, I can't get technical support until I've written a review here.

Avoid, located in Germany, v slow delivery
Avoid. The website listed it's location in Ireland. I ordered and paid €14 for DHL delivery, thinking it would be speedy. 8 days later and I have yet to receive anything. I checked the tracking and it says my order has just left Germany.

Nothing to complain
the package arrived within about a week to northern europe and the large glass bottle of cooking wine was very securely wrapped up. payment and tracking all worked fine as well, so no complaints from me! Very likely to order again in the future.
I personally do not mind waiting for longer if the shipping is as affordable as it is here. They also offer items I cannot find in my country, so I'm alright waiting for the shipping when the other option would be not being able to purchase the stuff at all.

I confirm that customer support is non existent as mentioned by other reviewers. My order wasn't sent on time. Tried to contact them via website and got no response. You may consider raising a dispute with Paypal in case of troubles with delivery and/or a product. After submitting a claim via Paypal I got full refund from PayPal.
