I ordered a Jan Marini product for 77 euros, which is not an inexpensive purchase. Unfortunately, the condition in which the product arrived was very concerning.

The item arrived without the original cardboard packaging and the bottle was wrapped with transparent tape. In addition, both the bottle and the inside of the shipping package were wet and sticky.

I have been using Jan Marini products for a long time and they have always arrived in original branded boxes, so receiving the product without packaging was very unusual.

Because this was my first time purchasing this particular acid product, I initially considered that the packaging might be different. However, the bottle and the package were clearly covered with a sticky liquid, which strongly suggested that the product had leaked during shipping. Since the bottle is opaque, it is impossible to determine how much product is actually inside. The overall condition unfortunately made the product look as if it had already been opened or used.

I contacted the store immediately and sent photos and a video documenting the condition of the item. Unfortunately, the communication was extremely slow — it took one to two weeks to receive a response.

The store suggested that the moisture could have been condensation due to cold weather, but this was clearly not water condensation. The liquid was sticky and appeared to be the product itself.

The store stated that the product was new and offered a refund only if I returned the item. However, I live in Lithuania, and international return shipping would cost approximately 10–15 euros. I asked who would cover these costs, since the issue was clearly not caused by me.

After this message, the store stopped responding completely.

Now two months have passed since the purchase, and I no longer expect a reply. I have simply stopped waiting.

Due to the questionable packaging, the condition of the product, and the very slow and incomplete customer service, I unfortunately cannot recommend this store. There are many retailers selling Jan Marini products, and based on this experience I would prefer to purchase elsewhere in the future.

Fortunately, I ordered only one item, but I will not be ordering from this store again.

I ordered a hair product that was shipped quickly and delivered in perfect condition. Definitely recommend the shop for transatlantic shipping. Consistently positive communication from the shop's personnel.

In this store I've found my wanted product, that I found knowere in germany. They sent it quikly and with DHL and payment was easy. Will visit the store another time.

My experience was very good. I received all products I had ordered in good condition and was able to track my order as I was given the tracking number. There was a slight delay in the delivery but it was reasonable and not of the control of Fresh Store but the courier services

Everything was wrong. From the beginning until the end. I received only confirmation email and than nothing.. when I wrote (twice) a message I never received the answer! Never more

Messages them twice on the website to get in touch, no response, actually emailed them no response, i placed my order in 12th of February , still showing online there is 4 more stock of that item i ordered. Has been processing since 13th February , we are on 27th February so far, no update on order, customer service none existent, i was really hoping for this order as those are my mums favourite chocolates and you cant get them in UK at all on their own. Decided to give this place a second chance so did a re-order on 19th Jan 2026 and paid extra for DHL which stated 5-7 days at the time to Europe now they have changed it to 2-3 weeks. The items did arrive undamaged this time so happy with that. But customer service never answered my query why I had to pay over €18 for a 3-5 day delivery and it took until 4th February to arrive!

The company sent the perfume I bought correctly and I received it. I was afraid not to receive it . I did not know if it was a fake or a real coany. But this company is serious.

I received the package as soon as possible, considering the festive season, the item was in a good condition as I expected, all good.
