I bought a parfume for my dayghter. Everything (communication and delivery) was great, except the purchase web process (in cart there was no possibilty to change number of items and the purchase process itself several times ended by error).

I made an order the 27/02/26, from that day I got only a confirmation mail of my order and from that day the order is "processing". When I wrote to the customer service an email, 2 weeks ago, nobody replied.
Today I have sent another mail (let's see if someone will ever reply).
