Great photos and communication

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your print, it's a shame you didnt get in touch with us first to amend this and learn about how we can help. For all future orders we recommend making use of our test strip service to check you are happy before commiting to a final print.
On this occasion, we would like to try reprinting your image with a lighter tonality. If you're happy with the new print I hope you would reconsider your review as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is our main priority.

An amazing customer experience…..my initial enquiry and queries were dealt with very quickly, the procedure explained fully and the turnaround from me posting my print to receiving the new print back was unbelievably fast.

Alec is truly a talented printed. I have trusted him and the previous interaction of CC imaging with many of my large scale exhibition prints. The put it simply, his attention to detail, his care and his skill are priceless.

Great service and top quality.
I recently ordered a print online from a smartphone photo and Alec got in touch straight away to point out that the resolution was a bit lacking for the size I had chosen. We therefore decided to downside the print and the result is excellent. I would highly recommend Fresh Aire for your high quality printing needs.

Alec was extremely helpful from start to finish. There are a number of choices to be made regarding print size, paper type etc - I really appreciated being able to run ideas past someone knowledgeable as opposed to simply ordering online and hoping - very happy with the results, thank you Alec.
