The word ‘unprofessional’ doesn’t do these guys justice…
The cleaner they booked was more than 1.5 hours late, and this was even after we went out and found him literally roaming the streets of our village… We had plans, which meant that the cleaner would not be able to finish the requested clean (3.5 hours) in time for our appointment. We therefore sent him away, having had several back and forths with Fresh Cleans during which we explained that we would not be able to accommodate such a late arrival. Fresh Cleans then charged us the FULL FEE for doing no cleaning at all…!!! Absolutely crazy (and a blatant breach of contract), especially as Fresh Cleans had begged us to give them a second chance because the first time we used them, the cleaner didn’t even turn up at all… Jokers!
Further, it seems that these guys do not vet their cleaners AT ALL. The cleaner they assigned literally could not use his right hand or foot, so how he was expected to perform a manual job quickly and efficiently, per our specific request, we do not know…
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS…they will not deliver for you!

The two cleaners who came to do the job were very friendly. They were also very thorough. After having building work, the dust was everywhere. Mission Accomplished!

Efficient, good value and great cleaning
Freshcleans is a great cleaning company. It’s easy to book and cancel one off or regular slots via their website. Customer service and communication is good. My regular cleaner is lovely and does a good job. But any issues are dealt with effectively by Freshclean if things haven’t been satisfactory.
Great value for money.

I’m sure I will sound petty saying this but bottom of the toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned. Not sure why just one area was left as it was. Otherwise excellent.

Could’ve been better
The couple was lovely and very polite. However, they were rushing with their tasks as they arrived late. And didn’t get to the basics. There were mirrors left uncleaned and the toilet was still stained. I had to then clean again before my family arrived.

Buyer beware
I personally feel this is an unethical company to deal with. Ordered a one off clean, they insisted on direct debit as payment method but kept bank details and then charged again the following month without doing the clean. When we raised the issue, we got charged a "cancellation fee" that was never agreed to. Buyer beware
