They gave me a fake tracking number for my package. I called fedex because the tracking number they gave turned up blank on their website and found out Fresh and clean threads had provided a tracking number with significantly more digits than fedex allows. Their live chat support is just a run around bot and their phone contact line is constantly busy leaving email as the only option to make this right.

Terrible company and terrible customer support! My order was missing a t-shirt. I contacted fresh clean threads and asked them to send me what I ordered. Instead, they processed a “partial refund” and when I reminded them that I just wanted the shirt, they said no. I couldn’t believe it. When I asked to escalate my complaint up the chain, the said they could not help me further.

Terrible company! And the t shirts shrink a ton! I would never order here again.

After ordering shirts for my husband, I was disappointed when they shrunk. I am willing to buy larger sizes if needed, but after reaching out to customer service TWICE for guidance, I still haven't heard back. It may be easiest just return the shirts and purchase from a place that cares about my business.

Sizing is very inconsistent. Seems they just buy cheap stuff and slap their label on it. Ironically, the tags an my overpriced econo t-shirts all say true classics. Seems they rebranded when people found out their products were crap. No reason to believe they have changed at all.

Says you can return them online and I bought several long and short sleeve packs because of the good reviews on their website.

When received they were too baggy and long so I wanted to return and they said because they gave me a 25% off promo that they were not returnable. It’s a promo it appears that’s part of their normal pricing strategy, so it’s their way of not accepting returns.

Disappointed and won’t buy anything from them again. Note, they also responded to this review that they were going to 'contact me and make it right' which by the way never happened for those that see their response.

Very comfortable BUT collars droop after 2-3 hours. Bought 3 shirts, all the same. Feel good but look sloppy. Would not buy again.

The t-shirts are 5 star, and I love them. Axel and Emmanuel provided exemplary Customer Service!

I bought the green jogger set and some white tshirts in May for air travel this summer. The shirts pilled on the first few wears and the jogger pants have pilled on the inside. Not the quality I was hoping for.

Ordered the shirts 13 days ago. Says 1-2 days for processing and up to 7 days for shipping. Going away and nothing showed up. I engaged with customer service a week ago when I realized the product must've been lost (shipping info was never updated) and they REFUSED TO HELP! Even today they just keep telling me to wait even past the time they said they'd help. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

$72.00+ dollars for 1 white T shirt !, Add clearly (I Guess) suggested 4 shirts, I received 1 & called Amazon & they contacted FCT & they said that was correct, 1 T shirt for 70+ dollars ! ARE YOU SH***EN ME !, Suffice it to say it's going back & NEVER again will I shop there ! ... Unless I win the lottery. Buyer Beware & feel free to share this.

I would not recommend buying from here. The shirts are shirts, nothing special. I bought them for my husband the last few years because it was cheap and easy. Well, I ordered some more for him this past week and paid an extra $17 for expedited shipping. Two business days later, it still had not shipped. So I send an email, and magically a couple hours later, it’s been marked as shipped — using UPS SurePost, a ground service, described as non-urgent by UPS themselves. My order already qualified for free ground shipping, what did I even pay $17 extra for? I bring this all up to the customer service representative Noely, and it’s all explained away as business-as-usual. Okay, so then you won’t be getting my business anymore.

The marketing is a scam. The purchasing process is giving height, weight and body type. That implies the shirts are designed to fit individuals. Turns out they send essentially the same thing that you can get off the rack at Penneys or Target.
If you're 5'10" and 160 lbs....they'll fit. Otherwise....too long or too short or other ill-fitting issues.
Three months after the review I get a response. No need toadd more other than.....these people know the scam they are running

I love the T-shirts, they’re comfortable they fit great,EXCEPT… they stain REALLY easily. Like to the point that I would think that I’m a slob, except none of my other T-shirts stain like these. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love their shirts. They fit well in the right places and help hide the places I am self conscious about. Their pants fit very oddly. I was too lazy to return them but I left a review on their site and Customer Service contacted me and was willing to accept a return.

Clothes are nice and fit well, but NEVER SPEND EXTRA MONEY ON SHIPPING. I paid $20 for my shipment to be expedited, we are now on day 4 and it hasn’t even left the warehouse. Customer service is not their strong suit. I will be ordering my shirts from another company from here on out. Do better.

I purchased 120$ worth of merchandise. Some how it changed the shipping to my billing. I noticed the mistake within an hour after the order. I contacted through chat. They could not change shipping (within two hours of order) and wanted to charge me a fee to change address. I pay to be in the "club" and have purchased many items. I asked to cancel order, that also has a no. Asked for supervisor, and never connected. Customer service is a joke. They should have offered to waive the fee and I would have been happy.

The Tee’s are so soft and fit great out of the package!
I wish only two things. More color choices for Tall sizes and less shrinkage post-wash. The 2XL Tall size starts to feel like a XL.

Customer Service is amazing! Easy to deal with and very responsive.

I saw a number of ads for Fresh Clean Threads on social media and when I went to their website it appeared they didn’t sell women’s clothing. I finally searched and found the women’s options. Their website is obviously geared toward men. I did decide to try their tees and ordered a pack of four crewnecks. While I like the tees and the fit, I find the sleeves too short so will not be ordering again.

Outrageous prices. The quality of Dollar general. I have purchased tee shirts that are better value at Walmart there is nothing here that is any type of value.

Bring back the old material and until you do you lost a long time customer. New material is thin and cheap.
