I bought the summer pack and it am extremely happy!! These are the best shirts I have ever worn. I contacted the company about one of the shirts that the hem was coming apart before I even worn it and they already put an order in to replace it. Great customer service , even better product!! I just ordered another 5 in their bundle!! Making room in the closet for many more colors!! Thanks again FCT. Josh Merino

Placed order. Needed to change size so tried to cancel. It “wasn’t possible to cancel bc it was already being prepped” (NOT shipped mind you). Asked to just change sizes and all of a sudden they could attempt that. Then said they tried but couldn’t. Again, still not shipped. The whole time they assured me I could exchange once received. Tried doing the return and I’m not eligible bc the items were on sale. They knew the WHOLE TIME I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange and they shipped me what I didn’t want so they could get me to buy another order. TERRIBLE business ethics and I will NEVER buy from them again!

Edit: The company corrected their error and I got the shirts I originally wanted.

Purchased 5 Henley shirts which shipped quickly. Opened 1 shirt and did not like the fit. Initiated a return via email, FCT provided the shipping label, mailed it the following day, and 2 days later I had a refund. The shirts did not work out for me but their customer service/processes are spot on!

Initially loved the shirts and the fit. Bought a multi pack. After two washings and actually hanging to dry there are multiple small, pinpoint holes on the front of 3 of the T-shirts. Save your money!

While these shirts fit nicely and are ultra soft, the piling at the collar after two washes is ridiculous. I’m disappointed in the shirts and will not order from this company again

Poop customer service, first my orders lost and never processed, than my ordered items arnt in stock. No idea when the rest of my order will actually be processed or shipped, they give you a slap in the face and expect you to thank them. Avoid at all costs.

I've not received my shirts yet but now am worried I've made a huge mistake! I'm fine paying an average of $15/ shirt, and paying $8.95 for shipping in order to avoid paying $55 more to $100 just to get free shipping. That would be wasteful of my money. I will update my review once I get the goods in hand and provide an honest review. That said, I'm hoping my purchase is not that huge mistake!

Scummy spam garbage. I never visited their site or asked for marketing emails in any way. I've attempted to unsubscribe through the link on their emails but I still see the emails coming through. I've had to report them as spam in gmail. Gross marketing practices that ensure I'll never be a customer.

1st time buyer...really, this is your best effort even charging shipping and handling? DHL to USPS service from VA to FL taking at least 9 days before it's handed off to USPS? You just lost a customer for life. THRIFT store service at premium prices, great business model. I get far better free S&H from Amazon or even basic entry brands like GAP, let that sink in.

*edit* they reached out and I supplied them with their requested info, only to get a generic discount-store level response, what a joke! They even turned off their Google Reviews LOL wow, this company will not be here for much longer, terrible service, and all of these abysmal reviews will show it along with their negative facebook reviews that they can't censor...

***EDIT AGAIN 04.29.2025*** this company did not do anything, on top of it, their shirts are ill-fitting and now I have to return it...AND they don't even refund the original shipping...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I wanted to wait at least a year or two to write this review even though I wrote one right after I received my threads. Im 5’7” 165 lbs athletic build. I used every one of my tshirts, polos, tank tees and hoodie. And because I am on a retiree budget I always look for the sales and discounts, but for the price on the way they wash, dry, fit, feel and how I use them I absolutely love them. Most importantly my wife loves the way I sport them all she actually picked out and bought my last order and we will definitely continue to purchase more. Thank you FCT for keeping your products affordable and with attention to detail. And when FCT delivered the product one time to the wrong address(that being our fault) you guys immediately responded and took care of the problem. 👍🏼👍🏼

Within an hour decided to decline my purchase and asked the seller to refund the amount. They took their time and sent the package saying, “sorry but because of the high flow of purchases they cannot return.” I wouldn’t recommend them because they several different websites looking identical to their competitors. That’s how backwards it is.

Seriously the softest and best fitting pols I have come across. Its hard to find clothes that fit my torso, and these are very flattering, soft and I don't get too hot in them at work. Cant recommend enough for big guys who need a work or casual polo.

I placed an order in the 18th with 4 business day shipping. On the 22nd it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service apologized for the delay and said they couldn’t cancel the order because it was in the final stage of processing “because their fulfillment team moves so quickly.” They literally apologized for the delay and bragged about how quick they are in the same email, while also refusing to cancel and refund a wildly delayed order. Choose a different company.

As others have noted, they enroll you in subscription service when you order without notification. You are sent orders every few months. What a scummy practice. I did not knowingly enroll is such a service. I did not receive communications about orders to be sent or when they were sent. Charge just showed up on my credit card. The lack of communication would leave me to believe it is part of a deceptive bunnies practice. Plus, others have complained on review sites with the same issue. Took me some time to figure out how to cancel the subscription I never signed up for. More evidence of their dishonesty. Buyer Beware!

Don't be fooled by their 25% Cashback Reward gimmick. It's not cash, cash you can spend anywhere. They hold the money hostage as store credit, forcing you to place another order with them or lose it.

I placed my shirt order expecting the Cashback Reward to be cash because that made it affordable. As soon as I found out the true nature of the gimmick, I canceled the order. They canceled the order immediately and credited my card.

It worked out, but it was an unnecessary hassle.

I have placed several orders with Fresh Clean Threads; tee shirts, shorts, polo shirts and tech pants. For first-timers, FCT website makes it nearly impossible not to sign up for a [recurring] 'membership'. Doing so discounts an order below the cost of a '12-month FCT membership' than without signing up for it. Membership has minimal restricted discounts, shipping, sales, etc.. Membership might be beneficial if placing orders regularly.
My complaint is that they seem to be always out of my size in a few items, except for t-shirts and less popular attire with limited design and functionality. Waiting for my size to become available has been a persistent problem, I've checked periodically for months. Common business sense would be to immediately stock and increase production on sizes that are sold out/selling out. Isn't anyone at FCT concerned about the loss of sales? What good is a membership when they are always out of what I need?
Many people forget to cancel or would rather avoid the red tape of trying to get a refund after the charge is discovered. This legal scam works because people forget to cancel in time to figure out the combination to canceling or getting a refund. Like so many memberships, it is difficult and confusing to cancel or deactivate. The membership 'house' always comes out ahead, we just don't know how much....
I have no issues with FCT products. I have an issue not be able to benefit the perks of my membership because the check boxes for my sizes remain 'slashed' and 'grayed-out'. Nothing has changed for months. If you are a small or 'regular' size and use clothing as disposable, this place is for you. For me, my patience has runout. I have a lifetime supply of FCT shirts, I can't wait any longer nor will I pay for another year of membership just to get a minimal discount for the pants I need that may never get restocked again. Time to look elsewhere.

They charge you a lot for shipping regarding of what you are buying.

Shirts fit great and are comfortable but the shipping is slow, especially if you want to exchange something. Still a great product.

So when FCT came out, I was hooked right away. Great fit and most of all, a sturdy collar. Unfortunately FCT has changed their product and my last 10 shirts from them I can not wear because the collars are so poorly made, along with a thinner less durable cotton causing them to look completely stupid. Why? You had a great product with customers ( at least myself) that would’ve bought from you, ONLY. I sincerely hope the folks at FCT are actually reading these reviews, and then making a legitimate effort to remedy the complaints of the people that keep them in business. By that I mean, not another obvious automated response. Thanks
