Not an end of tenancy clean
The property was not that messy . They take the money up front . I had booked for 9am and the cleaners turned up at 9.40 am .
They had hired a rug doctor machine . The cleaners turned took them 3.5 hrs and I had paid £270 .
One of the chaps has broken the lamp cover on my oven hood , which I had to order .
I have complained to the e-mail and there is no response .
Basically , they take your money and don’t care .Do not be scammed .
I have now seen that they broke a window as well , which will cost £190 plus vat , plus £25 for the lamp cover for my oven hood .

Booked a cleaning job
Booked a cleaning job. Guys who turned up said they wouldn't have accepted the job if they'd have known the condition of the property, but this was disclosed while booking. Then got an invoice (sent twice a minute apart) saying that it was 24 hours overdue - sent on the day the job was due to happen but didn't. Tried calling, it said use an email address instead but the address given isn't valid. Called again, waited to speak to someone. Call rang for a long while then went to a voicemail but that said no more messages could be left for the user. So not just a let down for the job, but a complete and utter customer service failure as well. Avoid at all costs

After booking and taking 65 deposit one of their team without any cleaning products or tools to charge us more 45 pounds and he insisted to confirm by email that I will accept their cleaning in any conditions. When I refused to do that they charged me all the deposit taken which is 65 pounds.

⭐ One Star – Completely Disrespectful Experience
I genuinely wish I didn’t have to write this, but my experience with Issly was incredibly distressing.
I booked an end-of-tenancy clean and paid £470 upfront. Two men arrived and immediately dismissed the job because I still had a few belongings on the dining table — despite the fact I was actively clearing things as they arrived. They told me they were going to call the office and come back to me. Instead, they just left. No update, no email, no next steps. I waited for over an hour in good faith, expecting a response. Nothing came.
The company later claimed the property wasn’t in an “acceptable condition” and that I was “clearly told” this — which simply isn’t true. There was no conversation. They walked off in the middle of a call. I wasn’t given any option to continue the discussion, no opportunity to clarify anything, and certainly no proper explanation of what their so-called standards were.
I now find myself being charged £65 for a “call-out” — for a visit where no service was performed and where I was treated with open dismissal. To make matters worse, they took a photo with me clearly visible in it, without my knowledge or consent, which I find incredibly invasive.
I have lodged a formal dispute with my credit card provider, not just because of the money, but because of how I was made to feel — anxious, humiliated, and disregarded.
Even if this dispute is eventually resolved in my favour, I could never recommend this company. Their handling of the situation was cold, unprofessional, and shockingly poor. Avoid if you value transparency, decency, or simple respect.

I had a very disappointing experience with Issly Task. I booked a professional end of tenancy clean, but the results were far from acceptable. The property was left in a poor state, with multiple areas clearly not cleaned to the standard promised. Despite raising my complaint within the agreed timeframe, the response has been slow and unhelpful.
Given the price and the expectations set, I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be using their services again. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Fabulous company to work with. Mandela did an amazing moving in clean for us. She also cleaned rugs and upholstery, oven and a fridge freezer left by previous owner. House looked great. We will be using again for our end of tenancy clean.

Incredible end of tenancy clean by Teodora and team. I have to say we don't know how they did it and have asked for their secrets! Limescale, grease and stubborn deposits that had been ground in by neglectful previous tenants and that we had tried to tackle over the years were removed from toilets, ovens, extractor fans, glass...everything left gleaming and good as new! They even reached cobwebs high up in a large conservatory that we were sure would be missed. Truly the best clean I have ever seen.
