Outstanding Service After a Rocky Start!
I got the keys to my new apartment and was horrified at its condition. Due to illness, I couldn’t handle the cleaning myself, so I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who kindly squeezed me in at short notice.

Enter David and his team, only to discover there was no electricity or hot water as the gas and electric had been cut off! David went above and beyond by explaining how the meter works and confirming the utilities were disconnected. He even suggested it might be best to reschedule since the lack of electricity could affect their ability to clean thoroughly.

Thankfully, once the issue was resolved, David and his team got to work—and WOW! The transformation was incredible. The apartment went from being an unlivable mess to a place I’m now proud to call home.

David’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist beyond expectations truly made a stressful situation manageable. I cannot recommend this team enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I recently had an end of tenancy clean, and David did the most incredible job! It looked brand new- never been lived in. His oven and fridge cleaning was on another level! Thank you so much to David and his colleague! I would have never have been able to get it to that level of cleanliness!

David and his team completed an outgoing tenancy clean for us a few weeks ago and did a great job, communicated well and the house was sparkling clean

David and his team left the flat sparkling for the end of tenancy clean which we were reluctant to book but so glad we did in the end. They went above and beyond even helping me with something heavy down the stairs that I couldn't manage. Thank you and will update if anything further down the line changes from brilliant service we have had so far.

AVOID - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Easy enough to book and take your money but not so keen to deliver the service they promise.
Substandard cleaning, not cleaning surfaces, not cleaning within ir around furniture, refusing to uphold their guarantee of a reclean within 5 days.
Absolutely terrible service - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

David and his team did a wonderful job cleaning my flat (which had been left rather dirty by previous tenant). Everything is sparkling... the kitchen, oven, bathroom, skirting boards, windows, furniture. It was everything I hoped for and more, would definitely use again and highly recommend! Kelly

We had a full house clean before moving in, including carpet cleaning, and everything smelled amazing. David even followed up afterward to ensure we were satisfied. I booked deep cleaning service with them and paid £60 deposit
On Saturday 12th booking time was 2 pm but no one turned up and upon email to office they contacted me saying they will be there in 20 mins but turned up 2 hrs late and upon inspecting they said property is too dirty and left
They had one week to ask the photos of property and could have tol me they can't do it or they need more money
We don't live at the property so we had to come from far

I booked an End of Tenancy cleaning and the booking process was easy and straightforward. On the day the cleaners didn't show up at the scheduled time, after trying to call for quite some time, it turns out that they couldn't find the right flat. The cleaning was not that great, certainly not up to the standards advertised on the website. I felt my usual cleaner would have done a better job for a much lower price. I was lucky that the landlord needed to re-decorate the flat anyway. Despite the booking process was easy and the operators on the phone were helpful and polite, the actual cleaning was not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend and certainly will not use the service again.

Great service! They worked really hard and did a great end of tenancy clean for us. It was amazing to come home to such a treat.
The oven and the fridge/freezer were cleaned really well.

Issly were able to organise cleaners within 24 hours when our tenants left without cleaning the flat. Issly were flexible and willing to remove all the rubbish ( 12 large black bags). They did a superb cleaning job and literally transformed the place all within their quote..Their communication and availability to talk in person was brilliant. I was delighted with the work and consider Issly to provide excellent value and to be a delight to work with
