Very convenient solution and reliable delivery, but pretty pricey. Most meals are nice, a couple that have not been great, but nowhere to leave feedback on individual meals to help them improve, which would have been handy. Good overall.

The service and delivery is fantastic
The service and delivery service is impeccable, from the recyclable packaging, to the website meal information and food quality.
The only issue for me is in a family of 5 with teenagers and lots of different meals preparation, I felt a bit left out on the social element of sitting around the table sharing foods.
I also felt fixated about calories count and very guilty when on the last day I gave up and ate lots of bread and hummus after my dinner, as I was so hungry.
It's an eye opener in terms of how many extra calories we eat in a day,and I think would be an excellent programme for many people to achieve their weight goals, as the meals are super tasty, just very small.

20th March 2025 update.FFF have really stepped it up. I’m now a regular and happy customer so I’ve changed my rating. Good job.
14th May update.
Credit where credit is due. FFF have gone out of their way to rectify this including a full refund with no fee after i submitted this review. Sent me some free days too to show that the food has improved, which it did so bumping up their stars from 1 to 3 for good customer service.
Not impressed, 10% cancellation fees of up to £65
Delivery is ok, they have so far delivered the food every night. The food itself is quite tasteless. I chose a weight loss program and I have gained 2kgs because the food is so tasteless I am constantly having to snack on something else to get the feeling I have eaten food.
The phone app isn't very responsive either. All I can do is log food. I tried to pause 1 day as I would not be home and I couldn't do it and had to go to support, which in itself seem to take all day to get back to you.
On top of that, I thought I signed up to trial this out, but it automatically rolled over to the following week. I asked how much notice I would need to stop this and I was told there is a 10% cancellation fees of up to £65 to cancel.
I am still talking to support to see if there is a way through this but so far it's not looking good. 10% CANCELLATION FEE!!!!!! WOW!

Fabulous nutritious food and great customer service
Their meals are incredible, really tasty and all the hard work has been done in terms of taking care of nutrition. I had an issue which I needed to raise with customer service and it was dealt with so promptly. The only problem we have with them is that delivery is overnight and in our current location we don’t have somewhere safe they can leave the food bags, so have paused delivery until we move shortly when I will definitely resume the service. I would rate the quality and taste of the food as five stars.

Not inclusive
I live in a less privileged area and my door goes right out onto the street with no place to hide the order. They don't offer any alternatives to leaving it outside for my postcode. I thought I'd give them a chance anyway and my first order was immediately stolen. I realised this wasn't going to work so rang up to explore other options and just felt like the worker seemed confused that I didn't have a concierge, building security, or some big private area outside my house for them to hide the deliver. They also didn't offer a refund for the stolen delivery, even though there was no clear mention of this when signing up and I filled out the delivery to be as safe as I could. It just shows this companies elitism and lack of inclusivity.

We strive to ensure that every meal is delivered safely and conveniently. From our experience, bags left outside, especially outside of apartment building entrances, or entrances directly on to the street, are more vulnerable to being stolen. To mitigate this risk, we request that meals be left in a secure location such as a designated safe place or with a concierge. We are also able to take a spare key or a fob for the main entrance to a client’s apartment building if that’s suitable. I do apologise if our explanation of this felt confused. This practice is aimed at protecting your order and ensuring that your meals are ready for you when you start your day.
Regarding our policy on non-refundable stolen bags, please understand that our cooler bags are part of a circular economy, designed to minimise waste and environmental impact. Each bag is reused, reducing the need for disposable packaging and helping us keep our services sustainable.
That being said, my sincere apologies for any inconvenience that your missing delivery may have caused to you. We would love the opportunity to work together to find a solution to your delivery location. If you would like to discuss this further, please do reach out to support@freshfitnessfood.com.

We do not expect our clients to stay awake to receive their deliveries. Instead, we kindly ask for detailed instructions on where to safely leave your cooler bag between those hours. As a yoga and Pilates teacher I am…
As a yoga and Pilates teacher I am constantly on my feet teaching between studios. Fresh fitness food has been absolutely incredible, I know that I’m meeting my goals and have tailored it to arrive at my doorstep on my busiest days where I don’t have time to cook myself. This way I know I’m getting all the nutrients to fuel my busy lifestyle and honestly feel great. I train a lot and have also started training for a marathon so it’s really important to me to keep on top of this. I’ve never felt fitter and healthier. I eat vegan and gluten free so was worried about the variety of food but this did not disappoint in the slightest - the food is delicious and always something new and exciting.

FFF kickstarted my return to a healthier lifestyle
Fresh fitness food completely kickstarted my journey back to fitness. Following a career in sport, I had totally let myself go following a switch into the corporate world and office job. When I was feeling low about this, a friend recommended FFF to me. I signed up for a meal plan and quickly saw a notable change, not just in my body but also energy levels. I started waking up earlier, fresher, so decided to go on a few runs. These became 5ks, 10ks and then half marathons, all of which alongside weights, I now regularly do before work. I’m pleased to say that fitness is once again a fundamental part of my lifestyle. I lost 10kg in total, but more importantly feel better and more confident in myself once again. I truly credit FFF for educating me in having a healthy diet and will always be grateful!
P.S. lovely team and super helpful dealing with an intolerance I have :)

Delicious and healthy
The food quality has been consistently excellent. The team have been super helpful with some of my more unusual dietary requirements.
The balance of convenience, peace of mind and excellent tasting food sets FFF apart from other similar fitness food providers.
I’m outside London in the provinces, most delivery companies struggle but I’ve had no problems with FFF.

Delicious and helpful! The most efficient and tasty way to get me to eat and stay on track. I’m terrible at not eating with my schedule and FFF takes the pressure off me and does the cooking for me! Take it on the go, all I need to do is warm it up. Each day is a different option and I’m able to adjust delivery to my schedule too! Best decision I’ve made using this company x

FFF are either unwilling or unable
FFF are either unwilling or unable to follow the delivery/collection instructions. Several times over the course of a 10 week package the company failed to pick up bags (each time blaming it on tech issues) or have failed to deliver to the correct spot, despite instructions and a photo being included in the app (which they consistently blame on drivers).
The food is decent and ability to customize macros is good, but the painful customer experience means that this is undoable for anything longer than a couple weeks. I recommend to avoid FFF and use alternatives

Brilliant experience, so convenient & personalised
First and foremost, the customer service team are brilliant, and called me afterwards to check everything had gone well.
Every morning my breakfast, lunch and dinner was sitting on my doorstep - so incredibly convenient and useful on a busy week. I'll definitely do it again!
An oversight on my part - I tried to cram all my calories into 3 meals and so the meals were far too big for me to manage in one go, which I'll know for next time, but it's easy to increase the number of meals - I just wish the prices didn't increase so much, as this makes it far less affordable. Also, I wasn't a huge fan of the frittata, but that's a personal preference.
The app is great and the menu is varied too. Absolutely loved the sweet breakfasts!
My only negative comment, is that I wish they included snacks in the personalised macros! I'm a real snacker, and sometimes it's hard to find snacks that fit in with the balanced foods.

If you're looking to include FFF snacks in your plan, we can certainly do that. Including snacks would adjust the calorie count of your main meals, ensuring the overall daily calories remain balanced for your goals. Alternatively, if you prefer to enjoy snacks outside of FFF, we can create a calorie buffer in your plan. This means you'll receive slightly fewer calories from your main meals, giving you the flexibility to add your own snacks while staying within your target calorie range.
If there are ever any meals that aren't to your taste, like the frittata, please email us and we can blacklist the meal from your file! There can be limitations with blacklisting, but we'll always do our best.

Great Tasting food and drink
I am only on day 2 of my plan. The nutrionist from Fresh Fitness assisted me with setting up my macros and was very helpful. Very efficiently the first meal delivery arrived overnight 2 days ago. The food was excellent but I am experimenting if I should have breakfast and lunch rather than lunch and dinner. The food is very filling and I am looking forward to seeing the results which are aimed and providing the right support to my personal training regime.

Nutrition to help fertility!
If you’re going through IVF I urge you to look into FFF. After multiple failed IVF fertility treatments, I decided to step away from costly acupuncture/holistic therapies and instead turn my attention to nutritional improvement; something I have always struggled to prioritise with a busy job and lifestyle.
After a phone consultation, the team tailored a plan specifically for me, with a focus on nutrition in order to prep my body for another gruelling IVF round and to hopefully sustain a pregnancy. Their meals were convenient, delicious, and meant less cooking (always a good thing), giving me time to focus on work and a mindset for a successful pregnancy.
It worked… I got a positive test and now have a baby boy. While we will never know the reason for the success, I believe food and nutrition as a variable had direct impact. To all other women going through fertility journeys: I recommend looking into FFF and how the team can help you too!
