I’m a convert! Absolutely love FFF - I joined up as I wanted to lose a few pounds and I have. Totally delicious, varied and so good not to have to think about anything knowing all I need is ready to go.
Nationwide delivery has been excellent and always arrives during the morning that I need for lunch. Staff have been so helpful too! 💚🌿

Great, when it works.
Great, when it works. Food plan, quality and taste are excellent - really one of the best meal plans for managing your macros. However, sometimes things have gone wrong (refrigeration/spoiled food, missing/duplicated meals) and whilst the faulty deliveries were added to the end of the schedule, the days I missed caused problems for my specific diet goal (to reach a particular weight by a certain date). The inconvenience and unreliability wasn't best acknowledged by customer service.

Blown away.
The food is varied, delicious and I cannot believe how convenient the service is. I am saving so much time, headspace and massively reducing my food waste. Will be using this for a very long time!

Won’t return my advanced payment after cancelling.
I’ve used many food prep delivery services all of which have been very good both the food and how the service works. I found the ordering and subscription for FFF very confusing I cancelled the service after two orders however payment for a 3rd order was already taken. I have asked several times for the money to be returned, I don’t even mind that they are taking an admin fee from me just for giving me my money back but I am being ignored. I don’t know why, I’ve been really polite in all the emails I sent :( not sure what more to do other than post on here that this is my experience.
I’ve updated my rating now as they have apologised and given me a full refund. Thank you.

Quality and convenience for a healthy lifestyle
For years, FFF has been my secret weapon. Their delicious, endlessly varied and macro balanced meals keep me fueled despite exceptionally full on demands across work, family and endurance training. It’s not the cheapest option but (having tested a lot of others) the quality and convenience is unmatched. If you are a busy person struggling to maintain a healthy lifestyle, FFF is highly recommended.

Won’t give you a full refund if you cancel or pause
Quality isn’t great and if you cancel or pause your order they charge you if you ask for a refund, I’ve never experienced this with any other meal prep service

Really enjoying the food
Really enjoying the food, meals are tasty but still feel healthy. It’s a bit more expensive than other meal preps I’ve tried but ultimately worth it for the quality. Plus it gets expensive always buying lunch out.

Disappointing
It's a great concept so I was quite excited about signing up to this but was unfortunately left disappointed. The egg-free vegetarian options are so limited that there are lots of repeats each week and the quality is very varied. One day I had beans and rice without any vegetables at all. One day two meal containers arrived half opened and spilling into the box they were in. And sometimes, the tofu is so chewy it's impossible to bite into. On the bright side, their overnight oats with almond butter and blueberry compote is absolutely divine. I just wish I felt the same way about the rest of it!

Love FFF
Love FFF! It fits perfectly into my life - I like to outsource as much as I can so that I have time for other things, things like toilet paper subscription, detergent, cleaning the house. So I can spend time doing the things I actually want to! Didn’t realise how long I was spending every day on cooking and washing up. Now I’ve got more time to spend with my family and exercising.
The food itself is delicious, big portions for low calories, so I am losing fat while always being full. Highly recommend!

At Fresh Fitness Food, we pride ourselves on providing fresh daily deliveries with a menu that rotates every three weeks. This ensures that each day brings you new dishes, for up to three weeks, aiming to maximise variety and freshness.
Currently, you are receiving deliveries twice per week, each containing two to three days' worth of meals, which may limit the variety you experience. We especially recommend daily deliveries for those on our plant-based plans, where the range of options is slightly smaller than our meat and fish-based plans. Daily deliveries can significantly enhance the variation of the meals received.
We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible with us. Our support team will be reaching out shortly to discuss how we can address your concerns and effectively enhance the variety within your meal plan.
